Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Home Depot Spring Deals available?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that DIY list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for setting up appliances indoors, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and organizing your home with new storage. Don't forget to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running only from 4/23 through 5/10. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Be confident your home is equipped for spring temperature changes by replacing faulty parts of your home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water gets in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that might let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through an adjacent window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project for the free Kids Workshop in May?

Stop by the Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a lid that slides on is a great way to hone creativity, fine motor skills, and listening abilities. This cute kids' project is happening on 5/2/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
