I bought this last week

I showed my receipt and order info to 3 different people and loss prevention still walked out to my car and asked for my receipt. There is too much other going crap on to be chasing me for a 30 speaker. Called back asked for the store manager and as usually The store manager is never available I spoke with Tristan who was very rude and called be bro as I was explaining to him that he is not honest because Gal had just advised me that the store manager kimmy was there and he had advised me on a different issue at that store that he was the store manager not operations which was not true. I requested a call from the district manager and he replied he will not know much because he’s new but his name is Patrick

I’ve never walked in this store without everyone passing me by saying hi or can I help you. The store is clean and everyone is eager to help. I recently bought new appliances and from the start of the sales to them being delivered it was flawless. Couldn’t ask for a smoother buying process. Thank you, I will spend my money here and I go anywhere else.

The sales people in this store are very helpful & courteous. Found a sales person in one of the isles and ask where I could find the item I needed. He walked me to the direct place and help me pick out what I need. When I got ready to check out, I had forgotten my charge card. The guy at the service desk found my account number and check out my items and I was on my way. I expected to have to go through another check out after I got my card number.

The personel at the desk were helpfull and very curtious

I got everything I needed and wanted had a great experience just know it will be like that next time too

I feel that this is a wonderful place to shop. I find myself returning since my first visit a month ago. I'm on my way back to the store to shop for more household items. Thank you to all the employees that seem to be happy to help with your great products.

Iam a bargin shopper. I go out to see what I can find on discount. It seems like any more no one really is really marking things down. If it is on sale than mark it down - most of the time it is just gonna sit in your store in the way. So give us a bone. And put it on sale sale. I know I would much appreciate it. And would probably but way more things. Thank you # Don't be so stingy...

Never regret anything in this place

The Dixie Hwy Store, #2302 was out of the Ryobi 18V Trimmer I was looking for. The lady at the service desk found it at another store and had it sent to my home in (3) three days at no charge. My family shops at Home Depot and has for years and will continue to praise their products ans service. SIMPLY 5 STAR!!

I don’t usually shop at Home Depot because I haven’t had good customer service experiences in the past. I went because it was convenient for the other errands I was running and I had the best customer service I have had at any store for a very long time. Bruce in lumber was helpful and pleasant and quickly took care of all my needs. I will definitely be going back. I also visited the garden center and it was well organized and the plants looked very well tended and the variety was impressive for a big box store. Overall it was an excellent trip.

Don’t know why you can’t buy something that is not damaged put the whole grill together then noticed the top was dented in if I took it back I would have to start all over with a new one not worth it have to live with it I guess that grill had to have been like that from the factory because the box wasn’t damaged

The employees are always very helpful friendly and helpful.

I needed help to purchase a door and Ty was very kind and helpful. The store is well stocked and organized.

This year I have bought outdoor sprays for grass, insects, tools, soil, bricks and other items for my projects.

If you are in the market for cabinets or kitchen layouts ask for Tina Bowling she is great and has personality, goes the extra mile and treats you with outstanding customer care in which in my opinion is a hard quality to find. I was shopping and tried to find a employee to ask a question none to be found so looked around found what i needed myself loaded all myself went to check out was told by a employee with cell phone in his hand to go check out another area he did not want to help me. I refused started checking out he mouth off to me guess you did not hear me. then continued to talk trash with his 3 other friends who all worked there talking about trasy stuff manager was told but im sure nothing happened

I bought heaters and other items and totally satisfied

I had to hunt for an associate for help. At one point, I stood near a couple of associates, and no one asked if I needed help. I know this store like the back of my hand, but at times they have inventory moved to different locations. Additionally, the returns department is constantly understaffed. Lines every time I walk in.

Best home depot there is

Needed to purchase some lumber to replace a few rotting deck boards. Was able to select the boards that would be used, and able to get some fairly straight ones with few knotholes. A young man working that department helped push my cart to checkout, and then helped me load the wood into my trailer to take home. I did not get his name for he had on a jacket as he helped a forklift operator bring a pallet of siding into the building and it was raining outside. He was friendly and stated that the cart would be to heavy to push by myself.

I went into Home Depot, yesterday, to possibly buy a chainsaw. The employee working in the tools, went over and above helping me with all the details about purchasing and using this chainsaw.

Customer service is always excellent whenever I have needed them.
