The store had everything that I was looking for. Help with shopping was readily available and the store helpers seem to enjoy answering questions and leading you to the item that I was looking for. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to do so,

People that work there are nice.

We recently bought kitchen cabinets and counter tops from this store. Beverly was awesome in assisting us!! She guided us through the entire process and helped us get the cabinets best suited for our kitchen. The other employees we encountered were friendly and very welcoming. We love this Home Depot!!

Our experience at this store was great. The two associates that assisted us in our needs were very polite and very courteous. The 2 associates were very friendly and had no problem meeting our shopping needs.

When I walk into the store I was greeted. The employees did not mind helping me out, when I asked questions to find different things in the store. They were nice to me.

The only problem I had with this store is they had no shopping carts inside. I am just coming off of not being able walk due to a broken ankle. I really did not want to have to walk out the parking lot to find one but I did. I shouldn't have had to do this. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I love shopping at this Home Depot store because of the variety of items they sell and the comparable prices in contrast to other stores. I also appreciate their staff, they are always very pleasant and helpful. I came in today to get a piece of plywood, 4x8, and I needed it to be cut in half. One of the gentleman who works in the lumbar dept. not only cut the plywood perfectly, he also went and got the proper conveyance vehicle for me (I had a cart). I appreciate all of his help, and all of their staff are this pleasant every time I go in. They make shopping at Home Depot enjoyable.

I love Home Depot, and this particular one has some of the nicest staff you could ever want to meet. They are very helpful, pleasant and they make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the store. I like their products, they are of excellent quality at comparable prices to the other stores. Their return policy and procedure is easy. I recently purchased an item that I had to return the next day for an exchange and it was super easy. I've shopped at Home Depot for years and always gotten excellent service. I also bought carpet for my home 2 years ago from Home Depot and had them install it. The men who installed it were quick, did a beautiful job and were on their way in no time. You can't go wrong with Home Depot.

The employees were helpful and friendly. The store was clean, the aisles were clear and I was able to quickly find what I needed and be on my way.

On 11/2/2020 and 11/6/2020, I experienced an inhospitable, hostile, unprofessional, berating interaction with customer service and management in The Home Depot store at 6840 Dixie Hwy. The store manager was rude and refused to acknowledge that store personnel had mishandled a transaction during my visit to the store. It appears that the store manager supports the lack of a sense urgency and attentiveness to customers that personnel display in this store. I would prefer to use The Home Depot for materials that I purchase at this type of venue but declining quality of customer service and product availability are requiring that I take advantage of new and existing competitors.

Store was dirty, the Weber grills are very dirty, by the door. poor service. One employee was not wearing a mask.

Management and employees need to pay attention to customers that do not wear mask for the safety of everyone.

Just watch out for checkout person (lady) blonde maybe name of Sherry is rude to customers. very rude and talks down to you like you are stupid and will embarrass you Store is clean and busy like most home improvement stores now.But second time this teller was rude to me

The best store for my indoor/outdoor household needs. The service is impeccable and a member of the team is always willing to assist. The store is always organized and I can shop there with great ease. This is my neighborhood store and I appreciate their contribution to our community.

everyone was social distancing yeah! i was able to get help everytime i needed it.

One clerk was FABULOUS, another was AWFUL. An employee that helped me was wonderful as well, although I couldn't find anyone for help- the great clerk tracked him down to help me. The awful clerk never took her head out of her phone to acknowledge me, greet me- NOTHING.

I found the safety measures due to covid 19, were followed to the letter. The service was also fast and friendly. I will be returning for all my hardware needs.
