The employees provided the services necessary to make my shopping experience very pleasant. From the employee stocking the shelves to the check out cashier all very knowledgeable and courteous.

Shirley and Ayala were extremely polite helpful and went over and above to assist. I did not find what I needed at the Store at SW 135 St and Dixie Highway, but Shirley and Ayala made and exhaustive search and went as far as to locate the item at another store.

The products are easy to find and when I need assistance someone come to help me and the store is very very clean, the cashiers are very nice one the I spoke the the manager and He help me a lot to find my products this is one of the good Home Depot I know .

The Pinecrest store in South Forida a great Home Depot, the team is friendly, and I have had many good experiences there when shopping in store or ordering online. Today I worked with a design consultant, very helpful and courteous, and listens to questions. He provides helpful answers and knowledgeable advice on window treatments for my home. I feel confident to work with him again on more specific window treatment projects in the near future, when I come back with specific ideas and dimensions for my projects. Parking is easy and there are some shade trees, which are helpful in the summer months.

Unbelievably poor customer service. You are alone when it comes to assistance. Most every visit the items are in the wrong bins or not even out of the box for sale. If asked for help, generally just get a vague point to another area of the store. What happened to customer service? If a customer needs help, either take them to what they need or find someone in area that can assist. Not real hard. This store is a success because of where it is located, not anything anyone in management does.

Usually has everything I'm looking for. No problem with parking as the lot is huge. If you're not in a hurry shop after 4pm. you'll avoid the contractor, business crowd. You'll be ready for the next day. Definitely avoid the weekends, this place is BUSSSSYYY!

The Pinecrest store is one of Home Depots most successful. The cater to both the home owner and professional contractors. They have almost anything you would need for a home remodel. They are very attentive and will go out of their way to see that your project is supplied with the best materials for the job.

One of the best Home Depot stores in the greater Miami area. Usually well stocked. Have received excellent advice from Frank Weiss at Pro counter and John in tools/hardware. Parking is always easy. Even though it is further from our home in Coral Gables than other stores, I find overall it is faster to drive down Palmetto than drive through city traffic to reach closer Home Depot stores.
