Customer Service oriented associates - 100% in a very clean and organized store.

Great store to shop at. Products in stock and employees go out of their way to provide service. There is a full time Behr rep that is always ready to assist with all paint project needs. Strongly recommend!

Even though there are other Home Depot stores near enough for me to shop this is my 'go to' store. I've never had an item I need be out of stock and its associates are well trained, friendly, helpful and never condescending to someone like me who's clueless about home repair. There are a TON of female associates which blows me away given I'm so inept with home repair. The men employed there are equally wonderful. The store is well laid out and I know it like I know my favorite Publix now that's how often a female home owner like me needs something from a retailer like HD. (When I retire I want to work here and learn what the gals who work here know! Then I can do more on my own and not have to pay a handyman!)

You really need to have more employees that can assist customers!

There was no room to get a shopping cart down certain isles. If there was a customer in front of you,you could not pass. This was not the first time that I encountered this problem.

Management at the Pinecrest Store are Prompt and Attentive to Customer Concerns pertaining to Product.

I have to say that all the associates that I have had the privilege to engage with have been most friendly and helpful. But I would like to spotlight 2 of your employees specifically. I want to give Tiffany at the customer service counter 10 stars not 5 for her customer service attitude and personal care to those who require help or assistance in finding a product or just helping them with anything in the store. I also want to give 10 stars to Eileen, the kitchen designer. She has designed 2 kitchens for me and worked very hard in making sure that the cabinets were designed correctly, that all of the items were received and most of all, she is an excellent designer and truly knows that she is doing. Hats off, especially to these 2 employees who have gone above and beyond in my opinion, but again, all those who I have engaged with at any given time have been most friendly and very helpful!

It's Miami, what can I say where nothing, and I mean Nada, nothing works. Employees are generally helpful...in a unique Miami sorta way. Which means youre lucky that they aren't too annoyed asking a question.

I would like to acknowledge Connie. In a moment of despair yesterday at Home Depot i started crying at the customer service counter. My house is torn apart by mold the insurance has not paid anything and we have ran out of money. I have 4 small kids and I broke down. Connie came to me out of nowhere and she began to pray. Never on my life did I feel so much at piece how a complete stranger took my emotions so personal. We exchanged numbers and she has called me everyday to ensure I was ok. Now that right there is worth every acknowledgement. I am forever grateful for her. This world needs more Connie’s

Well organized, but some aisles too crowded with product.

The associates are friendly and helpful. Paint department is one of the most attentive departments in the holse store. The garden dep has beautiful plats all year. I love this store!

Andrew J, flooring specialist, is fantastic! I will be returning to this home depot to purchase the baseboards from him because he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. My overall shopping experience was very positive because of him.

This store is the best one out of several I have visited in the Miami-Dade area. The store is kept neat and tidy. Staff is available, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Lynn in the electrical department is a true gem, and the service that she provided to me during my visit was worthy of a giant gold star.

Always organized, clean and logically set up. Plenty of knowledgeable people ready to assist. Superb selection of tools, lawn supplies and outdoor lighting, plants, patio furniture, holiday decorations, paint, cleaning supplies.
