Even though a mistake was made on my receipt I love the atmosphere and the employees are super helpful

I’ve noticed marked improvement over the last year of so of the associates being willing to help. I don’t typically have to go looking for them anymore as I’m usually asked at least twice while I’m in the store if I need any help with anything. These are my people!

The young customer service lady was very helpful trying to find an over the range microwave. She wrote it up, corrected my account info & searched for one to fit flush against a wall on hinge side needing a RO of 30.5". No standard cabinets have that. The pictures she could find were not clear enough and looking closer on home computer doesn't look like it will work either but she really tried. Also, I went back and asked about mounting hardware, she tried very hard to find out. Impecca shows no mounting hardware included which is unusual. Jeff was also helpful, but we still didn't find what hardware is needed. Thanks NAB6QVS, sorry I couldn't remember your name, Dennis P

Made decision to purchase a Club Cadet Ultima ZT4 mower for total purchase of $6500.00 but due to customer service Victoria who was ringing up sale refusing to allow us to purchase then drive 1 hour round trip (30 miles away) to pick up trailer to haul it home, this sale was lost. She wanted us to drive and come back hoping no one else bought it before we got back. This was the only one left. She said this was the store manager’s policy. Again, poor customer service! By the way, Lindsay and Dave in lawn/garden were very nice but lost sales due to store management!

We drive past lots of other stores to get to this one because of the product offerings, and the great associates.

We have purchased a new refrigerator and washing machine and love them both and the great friendly service we received we love this store!!

We have ordered the same cabinet 3 times. Each time we receive it, it is damaged. When we go to the cabinet department in this store, Melissa is no help, and we end up on the phone with Home Depot for literal hours. Most times we end up being hung up on by customer service representatives. The only positive experience we have had in this store is with Michelle and Nymia? They both work very hard to make sure we get everything we need.

The store was clean and all employees were wonderful!

I believe someone is doing something right at this store. The employees seemed generally interested in making sure the experience was good. They smiled and were very helpful in each of the sections visited.

Although supply chain issues have all stores in a pickle the employees at Home Depot are extremely awesome...not once in a while but every time I visit!!

Thanks to my cashier who immediately got the help I needed to put a very heavy item in my car. The problem with Home Depot is there just aren't enough employees on the floor or at the customer service desk. I attempted to order a door. Walked and walked up and down isles, no one in sight. Finally gave up. I should have brought my roller skates! Went all the way back to service desk to get help. Limped all the way back. Finally someone showed up. I was informed he had to take his lunch break. Now I know..do not go to appliance, kitchen, or door area between 11 and 2.

Never greeted or acknowledge the customer, I think I was a distraction to them.

Visited the store on 6/23/22 and experienced great customer service and professional attitudes. Store was neat and well organized.

I Ended Up Needing Something Outside After The Garden Center Entrance Was Closed And First Of All The Employees Couldnt Tell Me For Certain If They Had The Item So I Checked Out Befor I Went To Check So I Wouldnt Have To Come Back For No Reason If They Didnt Have It... You Can Only Check Out At One End Of The Store Which Happens To Be The Opposite End That The Garden Center Was On Meant I To Check Out Go Outside And Walk The Entire Length Of The Store And Found My Item So I Had To Walk The Full Length Again To Check Out Then I Had To Walk The Full Length Again To Get To My Car Becuz The Garden Center Wasnt Closed When I Got There And That Was The Main Area I Needed To Be So I Parked At That End... I Also Hate The Self Check Outs You Need Ppl To Run The Check Outs

Was easy to find what I was looking for, associate checking me out was nice. Think her name was Revonia.

This particular Home Depot has the very best staff of any of Dothans other home improvement stores. The only unfortunate thing is that we only have one store here.

We were treated like family and the employee made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. Greatest shopping trip ever and that means a lot considering we shop everywhere.

The person that was monitoring the self-checkouts was rude. I mistakenly used the self-checkout and did not see any signage that indicatesd that the self-checkouts are card only. He made a smart remark to the effect of, you need to read; it's card only.
