Store manager Caitlin, has this store very well organized and running efficient. She has great number of great employees working there. When I ask for something, this store gets it done efficiently. Thank you to this Home Depot this is like my family.

The store is very clean and organized. The person that helped my was very nice and knowledgeable, helped me a lot.

I had been looking for an old fashion wall style toothbrush holder the bathroom sink vanity is too small to keep those cup toothbrush holders on I know because it continued to be knocks over! The wall version was simple enough for me to install myself in 5 minutes drill 2 holes use 2 anchors screw in the screws that hold the bracket up and the slip the holder over the bracket on final turn of a blind screw under the unit%! I can’t tell you how happy I was!

Employees at this Home Depot are so very professional. Any time I have visited, they are customer service...All The Way! Nearly 100% of the time I find exactly what I am looking for. Exactly!! Keep up the GREAT work!

The staff at the store are very friendly and helpful. They even have bilingual staff which is a good. They always have the items I want in stock. It’s in a great location. The store is clean and the aisles were clear. I love that they also have a rental center. Keep up the great work!

Went to exchange a propane tank. Left my empty outside and went into CS to pay. Thought it would be a breeze considering only 1 customer ahead of me and 9 employees with orange aprons standing around. (Yes I counted 9 plus 2 more standing outside the cs area). Total wait time was 14 minutes until 1 of the 9 decided the line was building and he better open his register. What am I missing? What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?

From the employees to the managers and rental Dept. They all work in harmony together, mot against each other. This Home Depot 0925 is a great team to work with.

I came into this store looking to make DIY chairs for a kindergarten classroom. I was absolutely sure that I was not going to be able to get what I needed. There were 3 employees in lumber, and all of them helped me figure out what I needed. Then one of the young men named Chris McCort cut the lumber and made sure it fit in the base I brought in! It was amazing! I know what you're thinking..... but you're wrong. I do not look like a model, that isn't why they helped. I am a middle aged, chunky woman and they helped me because they are awesome employees! BTW...my chairs came out great and I couldn't be happier!

Price increases, out of stock products and rude cashiers still remain. After settling for what we could find because the item we needed was out of stock we came upon a cashier who was rushed , impatient and rude. He appeared to become angry because we wanted our small items bagged instead of carrying them out of the store in our hands. Customer service at this store needs drastic improvement. It seems as though Home Depot just doesn't care anymore. At least at this store most floor employees don't run away, hide and try to ignore customers. This Home Depot has sufficient numbers of personnel, but some of them behave as though they hate being there.. In general, Home Depot needs an overhaul from management on down and to stop taking customers for granted. We are loking forward to a new competitor to try. In the meantime, anothler unpleasant experience at Home Depot as usual. The only reason to recommend this store is because the Newton store is even worse and the Hanover store is no better. It not worth it to drive further to have a similar or worse experience at another store. We will not recommend this store today ecause of how we were treated by the cashier,

Had a really good experience with purchasing appliances at this location. Would recommend appliance specialist Elizabeth Smail to anyone coming into the store who is looking to purchase appliances and would like to work with someone nice and knowledgeable.

All the employees in the store is why this store is the number one Home Depot’s. This store is like a home to me.

I went in to return left over material we had. From the beginning the lady who was helping us was very rude and impatient. My moms was looking for her receipts while I was trying to help her as well. My receipt says the cashiers name was Kim. She then handed us off to some other girl who was very nice. The woman who helped us at first had a Yankees hat on and seemed to have a higher position because the way she was acting was as if she was too good to help us. She also started laughing and wanted to make the other employee laugh when my mom was looking for her receipt . My mom is compromised and it took her a little longer. I did not appreciate her. I don’t want there to be any confusion, the girl who helped us in the end was nice. It was the employee who handed us off to her. She had a Yankees cap on . Our receipt says the cashiers name was Kim but I don’t know if that was her name. All in all it was very unpleasant and I believe people in customer service should be a bit more patient. She acted as if she had a higher position and was too good to be dealing with a return. We have spent close to 10,000 at your store in materials for our remodeling project and it’s sad that this was the experience. Overall the store is great. The stock is usually on Point and staff is always helpful. This is why I was shocked and very angered when I encountered this employee.

Doyle, I hope that you never change because you make the rain turn in today a sunny shiny day and have already referred 5 people to you so they may be calling out your name and this store is so clean. Take care.

I purchased 4 gal custom color wood stain. The cans were dusty and dented. The associate didn’t even attempt to wipe the dust from the lids. They also dented the lids when they were put back on. Disappointing experience.

Sorry to say I returned going there finally after the pandemic and items have been deleted. Used to be well stocked insecticides for home, major brand Safer no longer there even though recommended in certain situations. No replacements that are safe for consumption or to people that farm their own or to herbs that are sensitive. Also, This company in general is putting toilets on display on a second story level where you cant take measurements yourself, and then put into a situation where the "associate" dismisses or doesn't want to do what you need to be done. Specifically in the area of toilets, there are households that have baseboard heat behind the toilet so it is critical to know exact measurements from the bolt, not standard 10/12/14 cut ins. Whether its a gender thing (I am female) or a general disregard of personnel toward customers or lack of their knowledge, in my case the denial of what I was asking for resulted in my purchasing an item that was on display and DIFFERENT than what was in the box, which I explicitly asked about, which then DID NOT WORK. needless expense, needless time spent by all involved EXCEPT home depot employees. This is a heavy item. No ONe appreciates this. .

The associates at service desk were welcoming and very friendly. Jan and Yash helped me load up my items in my car and made sure that I get home with my products that I purchased. Great customer service….

Always are able to get immediate assistance. Eileen our cashier is always pleasant and has a great sense of humor.

WIFI needs dramatic improvement Cellphone service (Verizon) is poor WIFI is terrible Makes finding products on the app impossible
