Clean, large parking area, friendly employees that are knowledgeable

As usual, I had to hunt down a sales associate for assistance. I needed a halogen bulb replacement for a reading lamp. However, once I managed to find someone, a nice and pleasant experience all around. Polite and friendly service. \ I also took a walk down the detergent aisle and IMMEDIATELY, two young sales women asked if I needed help. Proactive attitude. Loved it. Perhaps I reminded them of their mom... hahaha. But seriously, that is my main pet peeve with HDs, not enough sales people.

I always find everything I need. Employees make you feel welcome and care enough to help you find and locate whatever you are looking for. Always with smiles and checking on you while you are shopping

You have so many employees with their name tags and orange aprons. Yet none of them try to help you out even if they see you wondering around lost. And if some trysts to help they send you the wrong way. Sad..

I spend a lot of time at home depot for weekend projects. Today I was overcharged as the cashier charged more than one item multiple times.

EVERY TIME I ASK THE CAHIERS OR THE PEOPLE IN THE HALL WAY WHERE TO FINE A ITEM THERE ALWAYS DIRECTING ME TO THE RIGHT AISLE. STORE IS CLEAN, CUSTOMER SERVICE AWSOME..

Super nice store

This store is very large and has a great selection of items. This store is better than other surrounding stores at keeping merchandise on the shelf. Plus, with their lowest price guarantee, I know i'm getting the best value for my purchase. The staff are usually friendly and the store always has clean floors. I try not to shop anywhere else if i can avoid it.

Awesome customer service at this store: Three very happy, helpful, smiling employees helped me in the garden department: Andrea called immediately and got me help, Rebecca loaded 9 heavy pavers into a cart that she got for me and took me to the checkout, Allijah took the cart to my car and loaded them in the trunk. All were so helpful. Very much appreciated!

John in hardware went out of his way to help me locate the exact aisle and bin where the product I was looking for was located. Very helpful. Great job taking into consideration he was making keys at the time for a customer.

Store 2267 always has employees available for assistance. They are patient and kind and I appreciate not having to walk through the store looking for assistance. This encourages me to return to the same store.

I'm a Home Depot Credit Card carrying 74 yr old Handywoman. I find associates mostly knowledgeable and friendly. After successfully finding everything I needed I locked my phone & keys in my trunk. One associate of many years called AAA, walked me to my car, checked on my safety leaving his cell phone with me. Who does that? Amazing! He treated me like family. There were several concerned, trying to help solve to my delimina. All of our major purchases have been made at Home Depot. Not only do we find what we need but they stand behind their products. Bravo Home Depot!

Customer service & (associate) assistance has deteriorated throughout the years at this location. There has been several times now that I have gotten associates who were't of any help because they were not knowledgeable of the product or did not know if the store carried the product, and if they "thought" the store did carry the product, they did not know which aisle/department. On one occasion, I spent close to 30 minutes trying to find a product after asking 3 associates! Each one gave me different aisles where I could find the product, which I did not end up finding and I left the store feeling extremely frustrated. So I ended up ordering the product from Amazon instead. So it is too bad this happens way too often because many homeowners still go to Home Depot to purchase items for home improvement purposes. I, for example, have found alternative stores near my area to go to that will provide me the customer assistance I need (ranging from paints to plants) and get my questions answered by a knowledgeable product customer service associate. Or ordering products online if I already know what I need, thus avoiding the hassle of dealing with associates who lack efficient customer service at Home Depot.

This store is clean and the associates (when you can find them) are very knowledgeable about their area. Plus, they handle the rush hour very well. This is my go to store.
