Today when I went to the Cain, PA store I had one of the best experiences I have ever had while shopping in Home Depot. Evelyn who works in the paint shop was very attentive and spent time explaining to me the differences between different paints, rollers, primers, and even helped me to figure out a paint color that would work well with the countertop I was thinking about getting. I came away so impressed with how she treated me in the store that I had to tell the manager about it afterwards.

This store is well maintained and crew are very friendly

Very fortunate to have such an Entity. it's like Home Depot for Dummies that actually make you look very intelligent about these home repair matters. Like I'm an Expert, (Not). The Customer Service, Management aqnd varied Department Staff FROM FRONT TO BACK, ALL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SUCESS.

It's always clean, stocked well and organized. Everybody is so helpful as well!

There were two employees that went above and beyond to help me in this store. Ally was one and Gardner was the other one. Ally helped me get the best deal on what I was purchasing . Gardner was very helpful in assisting me to get what I needed and very knowledgeable in what I needed.

Store was clean and staff were friendly. However, We were told by our appliances rep that our delivery would be on one day, but later found out the delivery was not until 2 days later, and when our appliance did show up, it did not work.

The store was clean, well organized & there were plenty of employees to help me find what I was looking for. I found a large number of annual flowers available, & although it's too early to plant them outside I purchased 7 flowering plants. Due to the current health crisis all the employees were wearing masks & rubber gloves, which I appreciated.

The store offers great products for construction down to the simplest project. More importantly, the staff is incredible!

Paint department is excellent with knowledgeable help and friendly associates. Accessory items were in stock, shelves were neat and organized

Hooray for any American business who hires and trains our Veterans and Seniors, and whose reputation of valuing these folks is widespread. I love Home Depot over a major competitor for this reason, and this store in particular. They have sufficient staffing with associates who are knowledgeable and eager to help. I appreciate that I can go here with ideas, and find the necessary help to make them happen. This store is bright, well stocked and organized. Prices are fair. Additionally, I have a Home Depot credit card, and receive discounts regularly in the mail with the advantage of postponing payments on big ticket spending. Any financial benefit is appreciated.

There was a gentleman in the cleaning products isle that went out of his way to ask if I needed help finding anything. He was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent store!

I purchased a tool at Home Depot that worked very well for about a year. Unfortunately, it stopped working and could not be repaired. I went to customer service to share my dilemma because it was still under warranty. Customer service reps Vince and Guillermo were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me obtain a replacement. Outstanding customer service! Very happy customer!

We can’t say enough positive things about the Home Depot in Downingtown. Their employees are amazing, helpful, informative and polite! The selection of supplies, etc. is exceptional but it is the employees that have made this store so good!

solid source for home owners needing day to day items

More often than not has the items I'm looking for, whereas Lowe's does not. Friendly staff on the floor willing to help.

They've always had what I needed at the time and the service when needed has been excellent. No complaints at all!

This store has exceptionally talented assistants in every department I have dealt with. Most recently Tim and Chuck in millwork have demonstrated their expertise to help me successfully kick off a replacement window project.

I had a question about a specific item and the team here got it answered efficiently and to my great satisfaction. I would go a little out of my way to visit this Home Depot over other ones in the future. :)
