Since our home was destroyed during the Memorial Day flood in the Texas Hill Country we have spent a lot of time in multiple Home Depot stores in the area. Each store visit the Sales Associates as well as the Check Out and Return Clerks have been so very friendly and helpful. We truly appreciate this as this has been a trying time for us. Knowing we could rely on the friendly, helpful service at Home Depot was a pleasant relief to our situation. Thank you!

The store is clean and well lite. However the aisles are crowded and block with cardboard displays and big orange ladders. To the point that customers have to wait to get by one another. If Home Depot needs all those displays... they should of built a bigger store..

We live equal distance to 3 Home Depot stores. This is one is by far the best!

Because Dripping Springs is away from the big city, this Home Depot is easier to shop at. Store clerks were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I enjoy shopping here because it has more of a small town atmospheres than the HD's that are more congested. Still a big store fully stocked, but with more of a small town feeling than the others.

Store associates are helpful and knowledgeable. Ordering online to pick up in store is a breeze.

This is the second time to visit this store and purchase and I will do so again and recommend to friends

Could reduce the number of Handicap parking spaces in front of the store

I chose this particular store based on a friend's recommendation. I also searched the internet for customer satisfaction feedback for other stores in my area. The one nearest my temporary residence had a poor rating, but I thought I'd give them a try. Nope! The customer rating was right! Steer clear of the New Braunfels Home Depot if you want help with semi-custom cabinetry! Instead, try Jeanette at the Dripping Springs Home Depot! She knows her stuff!

I've shopped all of the Home Depots in the Hill Country. Without a doubt, the Dripping Springs location beats out all the others because of their wonderful, professional, friendly and extra-helpful associates! They are the reason I keep come back to the Home Depot in Dripping Springs!

We went into this store to purchase a very expensive dishwasher, and found the appliance area to be dirty and dusty, with a poor selection available for purchase.The dirty condition of this store forced me to go home and purchase our dishwasher online, which is what I recommend you also do. After finding no one to help us, we were told all of the floor staff were in a training meeting, except for one guy over in the lumber section, and two not-helpful people at the Service Desk, and one checker. What kind of a manager puts all of their floor employees into a meeting at one time? We came in asking for the Kitchen Decorator to help us, they least they could have done was call her out of that meeting to assist a returning customer, but they did not.

The Dripping Springs, TX store is well lit, nicely stocked and clean. Sometimes it can be tough to find an associate, but they are always very nice and helpful. I prefer this Home Depot location to others in my area because they seem to have the items I look for in-stock more often.

Access to all the depts of the store is easy. Since I go there a lot it's great that the store layout is so familiar

When available, he store personnel are better than average in having technical knowledge and in helping find items. Store is clean and uncluttered. Everyone is just a little nicer than the other big box stores

I JUST HAVE FUN SHOPPING THERE, AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY KNOLEDGABLE OF THEIR PRODUCTS

I was having difficulty matching a paint color. Fortunately I met Teresa in the paint department at the Dripping Springs location and she knew exactly what to do. She matched the color perfectly. It was somewhat of a challenge because I had bought the paint during a previous visit. Took it home and didn't like the color. Brought it back and another associate tried to match the color. Took it home again and still was not satisfied. Brought it back and met Teresa in the paint department. She accepted the challenge and succeeded. I'm very happy now with this paint color. Teresa took the time to introduce herself and when I left she called me by my name. Teresa also told me about other sales in the store of which I made additional purchases. Home Depot should be glad to have Teresa as an associate.

My cashier was helpful and referred me to the lumber area for someone to assist me with loading my purchases in my car. Maurice was helpful and courteous when loading my items for me. I will definitely shop here again!

Every time I go into the Dripping Springs Home Depot, help is easy to find and the people are super friendly.

I'm not a handy man and require help when I shop. I get it there.

I live in Beaumont, but was in Blanco helping a relative with repairs from the river flood. I needed some plumbing hardware and lumber. Not being familiar with your Dripping Springs store, I needed a little help and it was readily available, and the associate in the plumbing saved me some trouble by explaining the best way to solve my issue. The lumber associate directed me right to where I needed to be to get what I needed. THANK YOU! I am a Home Depot fan, and now I know that it's not just the Beaumont store, but the Dripping Springs store as well!

It might be nice to put up a cork board for customers to post pictures of their projects from wood decks to dog houses...

All associates of this store are simply awesome. Very customer focused and professional. They take their time to help you find the product you are looking for and will make sure you leave satisfied. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. My favorite store.

Staff get an A++ in my opinion. Not only do they help you locate what you need but they also help you make sure you choose the correct replacement or provide good insight on your project. This is my FAVORITE Home Depot across the USA!

Incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store is easy to navigate. We've gotten so much help on our DIY projects that they actually are fun to do!
