This store has some of the most friendly and helpful employees of all the Home Depots.

Wouldn't purchase any appliance from this store if you need it installed. Seems they want to deliver it for free and the only installation is to plug it in for $69 to $99. Any other hookups are not provided. I like the store, shop there often, first time I have ever purchased an appliance that required some installation. Don't be fooled by the price. Look at the whole cost including installation since you will likely have to hire someone else to do it or do it yourself. I guess they really mean it when they say the DIY store.

Great Customer Service with a smile and offer of help in all areas. The Home Depot in Dripping Springs is a different experience than others in Austin. The store is clean and easy to move around in. During the rainstorm they had umbrellas for customers to use and helped them to their cars with large items. It's the attitude of the employees in Dripping Springs. They are there to work, helping Customers is the priority. You don't have to try to find help. They greet you and ask to help. They are knowledgeable, professional and will take the time to walk you to find something in another department when you can't find it.

The store manager, Linden, was very friendly and found Tim to help me find fence posts. Allen and Sasha helped me in self check out and customer service. The best employee there though is Pat, the front door greeter. She always has a smile and a kind word. Love the Dripping Springs store!

Clean and friendly store; well stocked. My grand daughters and I love the Kids Workshops on the first Saturday! Thanks HD for doing that for local families. Most (80%) of the employees are eager to help and seek out customers to help. If that number was higher I would have added a fifth star. The location is great; nice to have a chicken place and Starbucks so close. I use the back entry from HEB regularly during my shopping trips into town. I recommend this store.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. It feels like what it is - a small town home improvement store, complete with a community of folks eager to help you better understand outdoor lighting, gate hinge mechanisms, which plants are good for full sun, and what you'll need to finish your niece's new treehouse.

I have recently resorted to Home Depot's online ordering for a tool and other items due to the items only being available online. Also I was looking for a 20 foot extension ladder which was only available online, but it would require five weeks to be delivered by Home Depot. I found the same situation at Lowe's Hardware. I decided to try McCoy's in San Marcos and was able to pick it up that same day. That ladder was a Louisville Ladder which had some great safety features like a notch in the top tool holder allowing one to prop it up against a tree or pole. McCoy's also gave me to take a 10% discount on my entire order due to my being a veteran. I carry both a military dog tag and my Texas Driver's License is Marked Veteran. Does Home Depot have a matching discount for veterans?

Feeling grousey about what our local DS HD doesn't have that you want? Drive to Brodie Oaks or over to Lakeway. OR let someone in the store know. Chances are pretty much 100% that they will arrange for you to receive and pick it up there at 290. Shopping at our local DS HD has been a positive experience for me at every stage since they opened here. Gone are the Aprons who (in Austin, mind you) turned tail and scuttled away from the little old lady. Folks here are helpful, friendly, and, maybe most importantly, encouraging, letting me know about classes and other sources in or out (if HD doesn't have this particular bit of info) of store to help me learn to do what I want to do.

shopping in this store is always a pleasure. the employees are all so friendly and helpful.

I like this store and most of the folks that work in it. Usually very helpful. My big complaint is the disconnect between the online product inventory information and what is actually in the store (maybe a wider IT problem..I don't know). It has happened a couple of times. Order "in-stock" product for pickup. Pay for it. Print up my handy-dandy receipt. Go to the store and be told the product I paid for and am picking up is a ghost. Doesn't exist in this store. HUGH??????????????

I have generally found Home Depots to be pleasant places to shop, but I would have to say that the Dripping Springs store is exceptional. There is usually an associate in the area to ask questions of, but without exception, the employees are helpful and very friendly. When I need something, I actually look forward to going there.

The store would get an excellent if they had more associates like Helen in appliances. She is always friendly, helpful, caring and leads us in the right direction for our needs. Unfortunately, this store has gone down hill in the last year. The associates seem to be a lot less friendly and there is a large turn-over of associates. We have shopped at this store when discovering how friendly, helpful and getting excellent suggestions and advice on products from the associates. Now it seems the associates are not as helpful or friendly. Couple times in the last few months when I asked an associate a question, I was actually told "no idea where that is" or "you will have to ask someone else" then they walked away. The store already has lost one employee which was always helpful to my husband, he would highly recommend Glenn and the store to friends that normally went to different home improvement stores and they switch over to this store. Recently we only recommend it if they will be working with Helen or Bill. We just hope they don't leave until our kitchen re-do is done.

The Dripping Springs Home Depot staff went out of their way to help us while we were looking for a vacuum cleaner. They even offered an extra discount we were not aware of at the time of purchase. Joan, the staff member in appliances, even escorted us to the checkout to make sure the vacuum cleaner we chose was rung up with the correct code for the discount. Melissa, the cashier, was very helpful and efficient as well. This Home Depot is our neighborhood go-to place for all our hardware needs, our gardening needs, and our just-about-everything needs.

Yesterday there were a gazillion Home Depot employees on hand because the Dripping Springs store is in the running to be the best of the bunch. Today, I think every one on duty had used up all their adrenalin yesterday. Still and all the service was friendly and helpful. I sure wish them all the best in their quest for numero uno. Great products, and great employees

All employes that I have encountered, in all areas of the store, have been very helpful both in locating items and, in some cases, recommending fixes.

I like my Home Depot. I certainly enjoy the "hometown" atmosphere that is prevalent throughout the store. Dripping Springs hasn't grown so much that we have lost the small town friendliness that we enjoy when we shop. The Home Depot here is still "our" Home Depot. Helen Rayborn, Morris, Ron, Kent, Glen, Richard, and many others, have all been very helpful at one time or another. Great store!

Withe expert employees and courteous, helpful service, along with a great selection of products, this Dripping Springs Home Depot is THE BEST!

Great customer service! If you need help finding times, the employees here go above and beyond to help you. I needed help multiple times on my last visit and 4 different employees helped me at different times, even walking me to the aisle I needed. This saved me a lot of time and frustration. Really nice folks here.

Where can you shop and find great service? The Home Depot in Dripping Springs, Texas. ALL of the employees are friendly and go the extra "mile" to make sure you get what you want and need. The employees are very knowledgeable and share their expertise to be sure you get what you want and need. If you forgot to get an item to complete a home job, they will remind you what you need, where to get it, and how to use it. This store in my opinion is staffed with Superfolks!!!!!

Each time I am in this particular store, I am pleasantly surprised at the fantastic customer service! Thank you to each and every associate I have dealt with!
