Bill Stone approached us in the Doors department and spent time explaining the different types of entry doors available and the differences between the fiberglass, wood and steel options. He showed us the various privacy levels of the glass panels, shared extensive knowledge about the manufacturers, the types of options we could use and the designs and styles. He provided a very helpful book on Entry Doors, and how to choose the materials. Overall, one of the best experiences at a Home Depot or any other DIY type hardware or building supply store ever. Thanks to Bill Stone for being a true professional who took the time to answer all questions and help us make an educated choice on exterior doors.

Jim Bass is the man to see at this Home Depot. He is always ready to assist and help in any dept. He has helped us so much with information and tips that we have benefited from during our current home renovation. Ron in plumbing has been a very reliable source for plumbing as well. I recommend this store over all Home Depots that I have visited.

Today, I returned some plants to HD. I am a frequent shopper at the Dripping Springs location. I spend 1000's of dollars annually, mostly on outdoors / landscaping products. I always keep my receipts. Today, when returning my plants, the cashier (in training) was not sure how to process them since the plants were over 6 months old so she asked for assistance. The lady who helped her informed me that they would need to get someone from the garden area to verify the plants I was returning were indeed to plants on the receipt!! What?? Is she calling me a LIAR?? I have returned many plants over the course of the past 20 plus years. Not once has anyone EVER needed to verify my dead plant was indeed the one of the receipt. I asked for a store manager. Lakisha came over and apologized and asked the nice cashier to process the return. By this time to garden guy came by and said "Yea, they're dead", kinda laughed and walked away. I again, questioned the other lady who accused me of lying. She said this was store policy!! What?? Really? As I was shopping in the garden area, I asked one of the garden people about this. They informed me that it is not store policy and they never get called to the front to verify. If they did, they would never get any work done!! Regardless, I was treated with disrespect and humiliation!! I hope HD does a better job in training their staff. A customer should never be treated like this. JB

this store is a great example of what a service business should be. the public is always welcomed by a smiling face, with helpful information. there is always someone who can help or they will get you the person who can. Very service orientated team.

Before leaving for work today, I went into the garage to my deep freezer. Upon opening my door to the garage, I heard running water. Not a nice way to say good morning. Water was coming out from the bottom of my hot water heater. My current piping is old soldered copper pipe. I went to Home Depot and Tim helped me. He told me about shark bite and how to replace the old copper with new. He selected all the items I would be needing, along with ball valves to replace my non working valve. He also helped me load the hot water tank onto a cart. When leaving the store, Kathleen was very friendly at the check out. Nick and Cody helped load all my parts and hot water heater into my truck. Changing out a hot water heater and replacing copper tubing isn't a usual task. I was especially glad that Tim was there in plumbing today. This was one of the best visits at any Home Depot.

The employees as this store are always friendly and willing to help. They seem to be very knowledgeable as well.

We have received exceptional service as we design our new kitchen. We couldn't have done it without the ladies working in the kitchen and appliance departments. They have been fun and friendly.

Recently we have done a lot of shopping at the Dripping Springs & Kyle stores. We received conflicting information & pricing. The Kyle store sent out a company connected with Home Depot that gave us a bid for the bathroom remodel. The Dripping Springs store did approximately the same thing except their service was connected with Home Depot some other way. Don't understand what the difference was except about $1295.00 less. The Dripping Springs bid included the sinks & faucets which the other company said we would need to get them ourselves. The first bid was good for only 1 day ($3379.00) and the Quote for 30 days was $4665.00. The first bid was not even considered. We took the Dripping Springs bid & are awaiting the installation.

Anytime I walk into this store someone greets me and asks if I need help. Every employee smiles and asks if they can help even if I am just walking through their department. Every employee knows what products are on which aisle. Very pleasant experience!

The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful.

The employees at the Dripping Springs Home Depot are consistently cheerful and helpful. I always enjoy going to this store for supplies.

associates in garden center are on their phones, instead of helping customers, I asked a question y regarding if there was any Basil in front of store , this was on a Sunday and the associates comment " I don't know but you can go check and see, then got back on his cell phone, I don't feel cell phones should be at register's... very bad customer service!!

Kriss on the register and Jeanette in Kitchen/bath are the best. Jeanette know anything to so with kitchens/ baths and much more.

The associates supplied outstanding customer service. The store, despite being busy on Memorial day weekend, was well stocked and quite clean, given the amount of business they were doing. All my questions were answered and I was very well taken care of in customer service when I visited them to enter my order.

Staff is always friendly, courteous, and very helpful.

Always a pleasure to go in and get the right tools and supplies I need for my home renovation. The employees there are helpful and happy to serve, especially Jim in the paint department!

The product are generally easy to find and department employees are knowledgeable about their area, if you should need help.

Aside from just about everything I ever need is always there, the staff and management have shown a dramatic and welcome improvement!

This is one of the best home depots I shop. The associates are available and very helpful. I am usually greeted when I enter, and asked if I need any help. It's a bit smaller than other home depots, therefore they don't have a wide selection as other home depots, but nevertheless, their selection for the most part fits my needs. I remember when Home Depot first started. The store associates would be plentiful and always ask to assist. This home depot may not have an abundance of associates, but the ones they do, make sure to make their customers feel welcomed, along with providing assistance in finding items, and instruction on how to perform a DIYer task.

Love this store above all others, from the time you are greeted at the front door to the follow up in the store.

Every time I shop at this store, I am treated well by friendly employees. The best thing is that they are proactive about being helpful instead of avoiding eye contact and running the other way as I have experienced elsewhere. The employees are also very knowledgeable in their various departments. I walk out feeling happy with the results and energized for my project.

Plumbing assistant (his brother is master plumber) went above call of duty. Shower extension pipe broke off with threads stuck inside wall. Internet recommended lots of extraction tools etc which I tried and none worked. He told me special trick with saw blade that was not anywhere on YouTube. Applied heat with hair dryer, and worked like a charm. Saved me hundreds $$ not having to tear wall apart. After I got those broken pipe threads out of that wall with his method, my marriage was saved!!! He spent time showing me exactly what to do. He got the necessary tools (exact saw blade), and showed me step-by-step what to do. Please keep this guy around for my next crisis. THANKS !!!!

I came in with a bolt from my lawn mower handle trying to find a wing nut to match, since the old one had fallen off and been lost. The first associate I met listened to the problem and walked me across the store to the very spot I needed to find the wing nut, then helped me check to get the right size. I was very pleased because I thought that it would take me quite a while to find it myself. Thanks, Home Depot!

Even when having one of those days where what you're looking for is hiding in plain sight an associate quickly assisted me even remarking "it's easy to miss" - she probably guessed I felt silly for having missed what I was looking for. Great people make all the difference. ;]

Was looking for a product to clean some antique furniture and could not find what I was looking for. One of the service employees noticed that I seemed to be walking the aisles and asked if I needed help . he directed me to the products and I was able to find exactly what I needed.

I have discovered some products I usually buy are not available at Home Depot. Otherwise, this store has a great group of employees who are always helpful and the store is always in very good condition.

You can't find a more helpful or pleasant group of associates than the folks at the Home Depot in Dripping Springs. Bonus: They have some people working there who REALLY know their business, particularly in the plumbing department. Kudos to the store manager and Charmain Morgan, the asst. manager for a well-run operation.
