Store associates in Duluth store were knowledgeable on their products. Kia in paint was helpful in answering my questions and fillling a large order for me. While I waited for paint, Indira in flooring/tile assisted me with questions regarding the different kinds of wood flooring available. Now, I can make a more educated decision on what type of flooring would suit my needs. Thanks again for the help.

Cashier very NICE, thoughtful and great smile! Lawn and Garden needs more 6pack plants. Bigger pots do not necessarily mean bigger plants than what you get in a 6 pk. Please bring back 6 packs. I'll buy more. I refuse to buy less for more$$$.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The only problem I had was finding the hardware that I wanted to install with the toilet seats I bought. The hardware that came with the products were too small for me to install.

Thanks LATOYA for your help!! As its end of Summer heading into Fall, I was taking advantage of the clearance pricing on some Yard Art. I brought a buggy full to Latoya and she was so helpful with everything.

I would recommend the store for their prices not for their people and especially not for their delivery teamthey do have good quality merchandise and good prices fair prices though I have to give them that I have been to many Home Depots this by far was the worst experience at any Home Depot however

The arrangement of the store makes it easy to locate items I wish to purchase. I live near the store and frequently go there for my home maintenance and repair needs.

I just wanted to thank one of the store associates, Risha. She was incredibly helpful with my mother, who'd gone looking for an item only to be told that it seemed to have run out. Risha took over fifteen minutes to ensure whether that was true, going up and down several aisles with my mom, looking over the boxes individually, and eventually getting one of the ladders to reach the top shelves until she found a box that had the nickel brushed faucet my mom had been looking for. All this without any prompting from my mom, who usually is that persistent and doesn't usually take a clerk's "Oh, it seems we're out of stock" at face value. But she was exhausted that day and not up to the search herself, and was so impressed when Risha came and did what she would have done had she had the energy. It made her day, and she came home to tell me about it.

This store is in a great location for our business and we go there weekly, sometimes daily sometimes several times a day. However, the store is small and is not always well stocked and is often out of items. There is plenty of room, as this is a stand alone store, and I understand this is the oldest store. I would love it if they would expand and enlarge this store! Please do NOT close this store!

The store was clean and the items that I was purchasing were easy to locate. I had the pleasure of being checked out by David, he had a smile on his face and after checking me out he thanked me for being a customer. He also informed me of the survey. It was a joy having good customer service in this society of no service at all. I will tell all my colleagues and neighbors about the service I received at this Home Depot location.
