Welcome to your North Fulton Home Depot, serving Johns Creek, GA. We're ready to help with your DIY project.

We pride ourselves on our ability to help you finish your project, everyday. From Husky storage to electrical tools our associates will take care of you. You can also check out our Home Depot product locator app, which displays a store map, the aisle location and the current inventory available for the items you're looking for.

At Home Depot, getting involved in our community is important to us. We support our veterans through Team Depot projects. We also offer hands-on learning and expert advice at our DIY workshops, with topics tailored to everyone in your family, including fun monthly workshops for kids.

You can find us south of the intersection of GA-141 and State Bridge Road, near the Target, across the street from Whole Foods. We hope you'll stop by soon.

How can I attend a workshop?

What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

Was ignored by employee who did not notice me standing right next to him asking for help. He was wearing headphones and listening to music. Another employee came by. I flagged him down for help in garden department. He said I had to load ten bags of top soil and 15 bags of mulch on a flat bed and wheel it across the store to self check out since department was “closed.” He then walked away and did not assist. I asked another employee to page the store manager because I was so dissatisfied with this treatment. He made me wait 25 minutes at customer service. I even called the store from my phone I could not get through to anyone while I waited. He said he would page someone to help me but it would “unfortunately be the same person that ignored” me. Why is that unfortunate?!? Like I should be the one to be embarrassed to ask for help?!?! I am completely unimpressed with the level of service and the store managers response. I gave two stars instead of one since I eventually got some help. But what a waste of time, nothing but aggravation just to spend my money.

it would be better if you as a customer to hire a professional then try to get what is needed and any last minute questions addressed then go to this (#0131). I use Home Depot 2-5 times a week but will NEVER use this or even respect anyone who uses this store for anything more then disgust or proof that inaction is more sought by Home Depot to hire people who want to help and make suggestions to provide trust-worthy knowledge imparted by an employee who likes their job and wants customers to know more then when they came in for anything the customer may need. This store got one-star because there was not lower made available to reflect this stores performance.

Joana offers the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. The cashiers were polite and smiling as I walked in the door. They asked if I needed help as I entered the store and made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. This store offers superb customer service!
