being handicapped i appreciate the mobility scooters,but the aisles are sometimes hard to navigate due to displays in mid aisle-maybe management should try a tour on a scooter

The man at the service desk who took my order over the phone was extremely helpful. Thank you Only confusing received 3 emails after placing order. Receipt I understood - other 2 I didnt!

Generally a good place to shop, not as large as some Home Depot’s but a good place to find most things I need.

I have a shoulder problem and asked for help loading 15 bags of garden soil. Two employees showed up and loaded the bags onto a cart, then loaded them onto my pickup truck. Also I received a 10% veterans discount. Thank YOU!!

Store is a disaster very unorganized, hardly any to none holiday items so don't waste your time going to this store. The staff spend all there time standing talking to each other than stocking shelves close off isles for hrs standing in them talking. Staff is rude unhelpful the only answers they know is what is out is all we can get and have and they have less inventory than other stores.

Dunkirk Home Depot was a great experience and Jen is so friendly and helpful. She made ordering my appliance a better experience. The online system at home seemed so complicated. Thanks to Jen it was a speedy process and explained everything so well.

I had a great shopping experience at the Dunkirk Home Depot. The store was clean and well-organized. While I was carrying an item, an employee kindly asked if I needed help. I really appreciated the thoughtful service. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Worst store I've ever been in. Messy, very dirty, items out of place, items stored wrong, safety issues and trip hazards in every isle. GM should be fired. Disgraceful.

I frequently shop at the Dunkirk Home Depot. I am always able to find what I need or find an employee to help me find it. LOVE this Home Depot!!!

I bought a leaf blower that fits my needs, store associate helped me until it was time to check out!⁰

Two employees could not find the item I was shopping for, so I sought help at the service desk. Alysha not only located the item in overhead storage, but got a ladder and retrieved it for me as well. Great customer service!

I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if I needed help. I got great directions for finding the items I was looking for. A window well cover was an unusual request. The employee checked with another associate and walked me to the display area. Together we picked out the correct item. Then he assisted me in selecting the correct cement mix and got someone to load the bags into my car. I was pleased with my selections and will be working on the projects tomorrow.

I have never seen a store with so many young people walking around doing nothing and helping no one. Stores like Home Depot have historically hired people that actually know what the store sells and can actually help customers. My Home Depot is a joke. Paying people to walk around, not offer help, not be able to help if asked is a great way to run a business.

I regularly shop at the Dunkirk Home Depot. I am always able to easily find a friendly associate to help me when I have a question. I appreciate their great sales and their military discount.

I run my errands once a week and a visit to the Dunkirk Home Depot is usually on my list. They are pet friendly, so I sometimes bring Libby, my golden retriever with me. She is a diva and attracks attention from the fellow shoppers and employees. Its a big store and provides Libby and I with plenty of space to get in our daily steps. I love wandering the aisles and looking at gadgets, appliances, lighting accessories etc. This week we got salt for the water softener and replacement light bulbs. Last week we picked up made to match paint for a nightstand we were refinishing. Next week we are looking for a slow charger for the tractor. Employees are friendly and willing to help me find just the right tool for my next project.

We were immediately greeted when we walked in the store, by a young female cashier. She pointed us in the correct section and she was at the register, when we cashed out. Very helpful and friendly, from start to finish. This young lady should be recognized by her manager as it was the best customer experience we had in recent times.

I was looking for outside salt for my parking lot. Living in Jamestown ny , all the local stores were out. I called the Dunkirk/frediona branch and they said they had the items I was looking for. Upon arrival I was greeted by Brian / Briant ,he quickly took me to the selection I was looking for. I decided to buy a quantity so I needed a cart. Which he quickly got 1 for me. Then he asked how many I would like. I replied 20, he then continued to put them on the cart for me and I went to the cashier and paid . It was by the pro desk so close to the door which was very convenient within minutes they were all loaded. He then offered to help me load them . I said sure. So my total experience was probably less than 10 minutes and I was on my way back to Jamestown. , I hardly ever give a rating anywhere I go but when I got this kind of treatment. It should be acknowledged. I owned a restaurant for 40 plus years and customer service was one of our priority’s . We used to have a secret shopper and if my servers scored 90-95 I gave them a $50 bonus and if it was 96-100 they got 100 . This worked great for me .

You can walk into that store and these you kids have no idea what anything is if you ask for something specific. ( if you can find anyone). They need to hire people with some knowledge and good people skills. This store goes through a lot of turn over and can’t keep people. ( It’s either management there or that’s the way Home Depot wants it). The only reason people go there is because it’s the only hardware store around if there was another one close by Home Depot would be in big trouble.

Everyone is always eager to help and very knowledgeable.

A pretty good store overall,people are friendly and knowledgeable and if they don’t know about something they will find someone who does. Some of the lumber is kinda rough however, seem to be a lot of bent and warped pieces.

We couldn't find the item I wanted on display in the store and we had to ask an associate for help. He stepped in to help locate what I wanted and stayed with us through the entire process until he could help me load it into the car. The item I wanted was quite bulky and weighed a little over 200 pounds. It was also stored in the top of a rack which required the use of a forklift to lower it to floor level. Beginning to end the process involved the floor associate, a forklift operator and safety person as well as the associate working the Pro Desk where we checked out and all of them had a great attitude, very willing to help and fun to deal with.

I bought my third refrigerator from Home Depot. The first one I gave to my son the second one I did not like it after I purchased it and it was too late to send back so I give that to my other son in Texas and my third one is sitting in my kitchen and I just love it.

As usual at this store gates uo with moron directing traffic with orange flags.
