I always have a positive experience shopping at the Dunkirk Home Depot. If I ever need to return or exchange an item it's always been easy.

I traveled 41 miles to pick up items that they were holding for me. I arrived at 9pm which is closing time. Al, Gary and Lou assisted me immediately and checked me out staying past 9pm. I was ever so grateful to them.

The store was clean, things were somewhat easy to find, but the associates were too busy talking amongst each other about personal issues, or were nowhere to be found. When I did find an associate, they made me feel like I was bothering them. Tanya at returns desk is the only other employee other than the older lady who usually greets people that are friendly and welcoming

First of all, I have visited many Home Depot stores in western New York, but the Dunkirk one is my favorite for a number of reasons. The cleanliness and organization of the store is readily apparent, the restrooms are always clean, and the employees are MOST helpful and polite.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for my home projects for 20 years. I have always found good products, good pricing and exceptional advice from their associates. when one individual did not have answers for me, he knew who to go to for the best answers! thank you for being a great resource!

We frequent this store as it's the only one in our rural area. 9 times out of 10 it is a wasted trip or half of it is out of stock. I can understand specialty items, but not every day things. There are many associates wandering around or standing around chatting, yet it never seems to be "their department". We have two go to people we look for who always are more than helpful. Jeff in contracting & the other one doesn't seem to be there any more. We have been extremely satisfied customers for 30+ years. Since moving to this area, not so much.

Assistance was offered even when it wasn't needed which I thought was nice.

At the time of my visit the store was a bit messy due to stock re-arrangements. Paint department staff person was quite helpful during my visit. Asked one clerk about a an item and was unable to assist me. Had to call to find someone else to get the location of the item I was looking for. Took a few minutes but I did get was I was looking for.

The store was clean and decorated nicely for the holiday season. Store associates readily offered assistance. The cashier was professional and expedient.

When I visit the paint department, I always get fun and informative suggestions from the gentleman there. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. In the flooring and tile department I learned about a new way to glue tiles to my wall which saves having to wait for it to dry before I grout. Then I went to Appliances and the associate there listened to all my concerns and then made suggestions. When I told her I wasn't ready to purchase she directed me to the online site so that I can browse at my leisure. Over all, this was a great experience!

When I shop the store there is always, and I mean always a person to answer my questions or direct me to the right location to find the product I am looking for; Hats off to Dunkirk HD!
