I recently was working on a diy home project. A cabinet door handle in my kitchen broke. I needed a new knob and a new screw. The employee I asked for help showed me where the exact knob and screws were in under three minutes. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to complete my project so quickly and cost effectively. A+++++ customer service as always.

The level of authentic and pleasant problem solving that the team at this Home Depot is beyond compare. We were treated like it was a problem to help us as we were there to purchase a stove. Had question that the employee could not answer. We requested assistance from the manager 4 times but the Manager never came out to help us we finally got our stove ordered and when it was delivered it was the wrong item. It was not what we ordered.

I visit this store at the least a few times a month, and I've almost always found the assisting employees to be friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. If they don't have the answer, they will find someone who does.

I experienced great customer service in the Appliance Deparment from Jim Zanowski. I will bring all my future business to him. And 2 other employees said “hello” to me while entering and exiting this store. Overall SUPER pleasant experience at this store!

I am grateful for the Home Depot curbside pick option particularly when I have heavy items. Service is courteous and prompt. Shout out to Wes for my curbside delivery on 5/25/25.

Trying to find a clerk to help you is one thing when you find 1. And you start to approach them. They quickly spin down one aisle and gone. These are the fastest running clerks when being approached

Custtomer service and responsiveness totally lacking at this area of the store. After making multiple calls, still no idea when I will ge the door and installation. Very frustrating.

I go here quite often for my projects around the house. I just came here to say that the other day, Bob in plumbing went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed. I thought maybe they didn't have the part, but Bob did not give up. He found it for me. Employees like Bob are the reason these stores can do so well. He was knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. Bob deserves a promotion.

Shout out to Chris Watson assistant manager and Chris service desk lead for their knowledge and willingness to help me purchase a new generator. 2 employees were at the door to load the generator in my car with no help from me. Service is alive and well at this Home Depot.

Huey Cook in millwork was very helpful in assisting me in designing and choosing a new exterior front door. He took the time needed to show the various options in price, quality and style. By the time I left I felt confident in the purchase I made.

Marvin great! After that downhill! No directions. Contractor had to stop job to get directions and called toll free number to decifer the complicated directions. Also I paid for delivery:$35.00. The delivery guy Andrew needed one of my workers to help in bringing shower doors since product into my house:(. Rip off! Why didn’t he have someone with him. I find it hard to believe he put it in his truck by himself:( This is unacceptable! Kim Hodgdon
