Lost a big sale, as I waited over an hour in millworks to place a windows/doors order; even after I was told several times by the front desk the manager would be there shortly to help me. Ended up going to another Home Depot and placing a very substantial order.

Just moved to the neighborhood and now this is my new Home Depot. Everyone is very nice and welcoming 👍

I was on vacation from the UK and wanted to get a Milwaukee heated jacket in a size that is difficult to get at home. Leslie on customer services was so helpful in getting an item into the store in time to pick up before our vacation ended. A superb experience, thankyou Leslie!

We came in looking for appliances and were blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable Altrecia was. She kindly asked if we needed any assistance and was extremely patient with us when we were indecisive and even had some pointers that we didn’t take into consideration. She knew about all the models and gave us valuable information! Can’t stress enough how great she was! We also came across Leslie at the front who helped us find where we can take a survey. She was very funny and kind.

I have been shopping here for at least 35 years. I have never had a bad experience. Product always quality!!! Thank you.

I received amazing assistance from appliance specialist Edward L. this morning! He knew exactly what questions to ask and was so patient as I worked through the choices. Thank goodness he's so knowledgeable because I would have for sure ordered the wrong appliance. Thx a million Edward!!!

This home depot has the friendliest employees around. They will help you reach items that are to high for you, they will give advice on subjects you ask about & they can direct you to the exact place you need to be for what you are looking for. They carry just about anything you can think of. This HD is very clean also. It's a pleasure to shop here.

I bought a washing machine this month and the experience was explendid.

I normally hate going to a hardware store but the employees (Panos, Ruby, and Leslie) made the experience of buying a grill and Christmas decorations actually pleasant. I'm shocked.

Each and every time I go to Home Depot I feel a sense of accomplishment. This is so huge! Feeling accomplished is rewarding and self gratifying.

I just want to give a shout-out to Ms. Altrecia Tucker who made my shopping at Home Depot such an awesome experience. She took her time explaining the appliance I purchased from her and made sure I was taken care of such as providing a chair for me as she noticed I was not able to stand for too long. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond to cater to her customers. Thank you!

We had been to several appliance stores looking for a new refrigerator and had no success. We stopped at Home Depot #0266 just because we were close by there. Did not expect to find what we were looking for. We were very pleased to find exactly what we were looking for, Samsung 22 cu. ft stainless steel. Our appliance specialist was amazing. Great experience all around.

There was an employee who had nothing to do with my purchase of a ladder not only told me what aisle to find it, but on my way out I saw the same employee who helped me put it in my car to make sure it fitted

I am severely frugal and it takes me forever to purchase anything, especially an appliance. I got such great service I bought a stove and it will be delivered in 5 days even though it is Memorial Day weekend! thank you!!

This is the only Home Depot that I trust with my large orders. The ProDesk staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing! If it wasn't for Mary, Michelle, Tanya, or Ruby, I would not be able to complete my construction work. These ladies need a raise, ASAP!
