Home Depot has great prices and a clean store. Very friendly staff . Very helpful getting the items I needed.They were in stock on my items needed for the job.

I was looking for a particular product, when a sales person left their register and personally walked be through the store. Upon arriving at the product, the employee took the time to explain my options and how to use the product (s) that we purchased which avoided my personal confusion. I was grateful for his expertise and friendly service. This made te shopping experience painless.

The main aisle headed to the registers has sooo many displays it’s extremely hard to navigate without hitting something or someone. With 10 foot of pipe on a cart.

Great service at store it’s your billing system n fees that need improvement

I purchased about 20 20x20" step stones and about 25 bags of pebbles for my walkway on the side of the house. Project is not complete thanks to the weather we've had lately but its coming along and looking very nice so far! Shout out to Joseph in garden for being so helpful! He helped me find some things I needed and for going out of his way to help me load all the materials in my car! It was a lot and it was very hot that day so it was very appreciated!

So incredibly thankful for Yasmin who understood immediately what we needed. She helped us locate both online and in store our requirements regarding bathroom hardware for our remodeling project. She was kind and extremely helpful. Thank you Yasmin !

Took a hour to get wood cut

Edward gave us the best customer service we have received from any company in a long time. He was so helpful and patient with us and helped us put a bundle together for a great price and great Frigidaire appliances. We very much appreciated his help in finding the right appliances for us.

I was unpleasantly surprised.... I rented a moving truck to move some furniture. They advertise $29.99 per hour which was quite reasonable. We kept it several hours and it worked out great. When I returned the truck and received my final invoice, they automatically charge EVERY customer an "insurance fee" which they did not disclose ahead of time. It was $22. For a one hour rental it would've nearly doubled my fee. I have my own insurance and would not need that (which most people do). They are not transparent about this and I will not rent from them again due their SNEAKINESS. Uhaul it is next time!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Sean for the outstanding service he provided during our recent visit. We came in with a DIY project and honestly had no idea where to start. Sean immediately stepped in, gave us thoughtful and spot-on recommendations, and guided us through every step. What really stood out was that he stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were fully taken care of—not just pointing things out, but walking us through everything we needed and answering every question with patience and expertise. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Thank you, Sean—you turned a potentially stressful project into a great experience!

I was initially excited to use my new Home Depot in-store credit card. After receiving my approval online, I was instructed to visit the customer service department to receive a shopping pass and to confirm my credit limit. However, when I approached the assistant store manager on duty, I was not greeted or properly acknowledged. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. When I inquired about the card and shopping pass, he dismissed my question and simply told me to shop and that I’d get the information at checkout. He also claimed he couldn’t access my account details. Thankfully, another associate standing nearby stepped in and said, “Hey, let me try something.” This team member not only assisted me, but made me feel seen, heard, and valued. Because of their help, I was able to complete my purchase successfully. Later, when I asked the assistant store manager where I could find TV mounts, he seemed unsure and sent me on a wild goose chase. Again, it was another associate who helped me locate both the TV mount and a shower curtain liner. I wish I had the names of the three team members who went above and beyond because they deserve recognition. As for the assistant store manager, I sincerely hope they receive additional training—not just on store layout, but on customer service and how to properly engage with shoppers. This experience started off disappointing but was redeemed thanks to the helpfulness of your frontline team. Kudos to them!

Friendly employees find what I need.

Not one single employee during our visit asked if they could help, even when they were standing in the same aisle as us!

We frequent this location, very often. Almost on a weekly basis. We always get great customer service when shopping in the store with our shopping needs. Always have what we need in stock. Love the garden center, and paint department on key! But the last 2 curbside pick ups do show some training opportunities. Orders not coming out on a prompt time and when going inside to ibquire it's like the blind leading the blind. Not able to locate our order or what's going on.

I have been a Home Depot customer for a long time and at times in the past it has been hard to find a staff member who is available to help me. But over the last several months it seems the number of staff have increase and their desire to help has increased. Just in the last few weeks as we begin some remodeling both my wife and I have really seen an improvement. I am very impressed with the great numbers of staff and their helpful attitude.

Good attention from employees leads to that small hardware store feeling. Inventory was adequate too.

I went to the store to open a credit card

This comment is addressed to Carlize and Altriza (I do not know if the names are well written) but their attention was simply wonderful. Both of them helped me a lot with my purchase, I am putting only 5 stars but both of them deserve like 100. Thank you all.

Loads of stuff to buy....just awesome. Everyone was friendly and at the time I went checkout was a breeze.

Pro desk, service desk and the pro loaders are always helpful

The guys working lumber have been very professional and helpful every time I come to the east colonial Home Depot. They always go above and beyond my expectations and it’s greatly appreciated.

We always find the water filter for our fridge, at Home Depot. We have good experiences at our local store. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will continue to shop there.

Always interesting to see what all they have! Normally Nordstrom or Bloomingdales is where I shop. As a female, Home Depot is really out of my element but always a wonder to see what all there is to find!

Great selection of paint. Good selection of plants but VERY expensive.

Bought fencing and Renee went above and beyond to get the sale. I’m overly happy with this Home Depot as I always am.

Lost a big sale, as I waited over an hour in millworks to place a windows/doors order; even after I was told several times by the front desk the manager would be there shortly to help me. Ended up going to another Home Depot and placing a very substantial order.
