I need to replace a sliding screen door. Fairly simple. Store assistance was fine. Home delivery was good and on time, but the package and product were damaged, and needed to be returned. Not happy.

We bought a Christmas tree and 4 large wreaths. Staff was available, knowlegeable and friendly.

I was looking for certain types of screws to hang shutters in to mason. Gary helped me and actually corrected what I was planning to buy and informed me what to actually buy.

It is a good place to get most home improvement items. Unless, they are specialized items which can be ordered to pick instore or deliver home. One has to keep in mind of $79 shipping charge for home material. So, need to make sure that make one order of all items needed to avoid that charge every time. Overall, I go there almost every week or multiple times a week.

I can't find any stikbutg baits fora trap I purchased at this Home Depot about 3 yewrs ago. Stinkbugs are everywhere; I may ahve to go to another store (Home depot or competitor) to find them. No employe interaction (greeting/ asjng me if i needed help, etc.) ; cashier was pleasant.

Went to get window fan. Despite web site saying 1, none in stock. Great customer service guy Steve helped me look, then found one in another store, ordered it with free shipping to my home and I had it the next day! Thank you Steve! 5 stars for Steve, 4 only because web site was wrong

Unfortunately, the customer service in the East Hanover location is extremely poor, ranging from employees, eating bags of chips at the self check out or employees unable to answer your question and walking away without getting further assistance.

The employees at the store could care less about the shopper. There’s never any eye contact from the employees they were never ask you if they could help you, and I never say goodbye after your purchase when you’re leaving. Home Depot should update their trending methods.
