The Home Depot associates at the Kennewick, Washington location are knowledgeable and eager to assist customers. I highly recommend this location because of the fine people who work there.

I ordered online and the product was available a couple of hours later. The pickup time took less than 5 minutes.

Rayel, Brandon, Ben, Andres, Adon & Melissa were VERY helpful & knowledgable & made my multiple trips to your store a pleasure. Somehow they didn't seem to get tired of me showing up again & again.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. All the store associates are friendly and always ask if I need help locating items. The checkout cashiers are also very friendly. They make sure the customers in the checkout line are helped quickly.

I asked for even a little discount on my purchase and sales clerk would not give one. I spend thousands in there every year and you would think on black friday the clerk would give just a little discount but nope.

I usually go to this Home Depot because it's so close to where I live. However, I have always had good advice when I need help either finding what I need or various questions on completing home projects. I would love to be a part of the Home Depot team in my future! Thanx so much!

I am always heading to Home Depot for items I need. I wI'll continue to go there for lots of home necessities. I won't head there for cabinet hinges. One size does not fit all. Their use of Liberty hinges exclusively does not work if you just want a replacement hinge for a saggy cabinet door. I will still be a loyal customer because they are so close and convenient. Just want more choices. I guess that's why there is a Lowes and Ace.

We were happy with the consultative approach by salesperson for the Black Friday discount event plus product warranties for appliances refrigerator, washer and dryer.

My husband and I just purchased our first home so we're a bit overwhelmed with projects to do on our "fixer-upper"! We were shopping for everything from a new fridge, new drain for our bathtub, paint for our walls...etc. Each associate was really knowledgeable and helpful. We know we'll be back for more shopping very soon!

I have always found Staff to be friendly and helpful. Items are marked, to help with finding correct aisles and Staff will usually take you to the spot if you cannot find it. There always seems to be a Staff member at the entrance offering to assist with the visit. It is easy to recommend this store to others: my experiences have been consistently good.

I was approached by a female store associate to see if I needed any assistance. She then went beyond the call of duty making recommendations about the selection of products, she showed me how to use the product, and gave her personal experience with the product I purchased. I really appreciated the assistance she gave me! Otherwise I wouldn't have bought this product because I was not familiar with it.
