I was very pleased with how helpful the employees were. Yes the store was very clean and they had excellent deals.

It was as though someone held a diy party for me at Home Depot. I had a project I wasn't sure I could do. The employees at Home Depot listened to what I was working on. I showed them a picture and then they did half the work for me. I'm an older person and can't do all that I used to. I avoid doing some things, but realize I can get help at Home Depot. It was a fun and productive time! Thanks to all who helped me!

Robert the new worker seemed to know more about the store than their veteran employees and he was very helpful. Some of the other associates just was not as helpful as they could be. Then at check out I ran into Rosa who was very attentive and very friendly. I really appreciated the service from both of them because they went out of their way to help me. Had more of their associates been more like these two I would have given this place a 5 star. Do better next time Home Depot. If you want your workers to provide better customer service consider compensating them generously. Because people want to go and work where they are wanted and appreciated, the way you show your workers that is by taking care of them while they take care of your customers. Remember, all of your store employees are the face of your company. Notice I said "face" and not "faces" because everyone is working together as one to represent your company as a whole. Consider what I have said and have a great day.

The store was very clean. The employees were very very helpful and kind.As far as the stock on the shelves I have never not found what I was looking for. It was an excellent experience at this location.

So i went into the store and bought a rachet set didnt check it got home and some sockets were missing called the store talked to frank the manager told me no problem bring it back no questions asked will definitely be loyal to this store as long as he is a manager

I am rebuilding an older home built in 1953 but it wasn't kept up, I have plenty to repair but have little to no knowledge on what I need to get it all done. Ive been to this location quite often in the past year for home modification products and advice, it amazes me how knowledgeable the employees are and the the wide range of recommendations that are offered. With every purchase I realize I got a bargain and have yet to make a return. I'm a satisfied customer.

My experience with this store was enjoyable. I would have no problem with recommend this location to my friends.

I was very inconvenienced at the store, there was no representative at the return desk and at the customer service desk I found an employee who had to go to lunch so I had to wait for another employee to show up. No representative in the plumping aisle, once I tracked down an employee he said he'd call someone over when I told him all I need was to cut my PVC pipe, I had no idea there was a self cut station. When the plumping employee showed up I was greeted with that he doesn't cut PVC I had to do it at the self cutting station on aisle 25, very confidently. There is no self cutting station on aisle 25, nor 26, nor 24. I found another employee and I asked her where this self cutting station is located, she confidently replies with aisle 25, I informed her I just came from aisle 25 and there was nothing there, she says no it's down aisle 25 and points down to aisle 23. By now I'm frustrated and can only take so much of poor customer service. This was my second attempted purchasing the required material I needed at this Home Depot location with very dissatisfying results.

first of all every employee i came across asked me if i needed any help. if i spent alot of time in the store it was because i was looking around as i had everything i needed within 5 minutes of walking in the door. everytime i needed a special color paint it was matched to the exact color. everyone was very helpful when i asked for something they wouldnt just tell me where they would actually walk me there and point it out to me. I couldnt ask for better service in my store and i am a very satisfied customer.. I would soo recommend your store to everybody. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service. Everything i ever walked in to get i got and the prices were very reasonable.. when i left the other store i was gonna start going to lowes but going to your store changed my mind. thank you

Great helpers and honest staff. I forgot some items I purchased and they had them waiting for me to pickup.

My husband and I decided to redo our 2 bathrooms, (converting one from a tub to a tub shower). We did our homework and visited many different home improvement stores, but were extremely impressed by the associates that work in the East Palmdale Home Depot. From start to finish, Grace, Mark Jasmine, Robert, Peter, Carlos and many others were there to help us with our large purchases. Because of this great experience, we are planning to do more home update projects with the help of our neighborhood Home Depot.

Every time I go to this store I'm always greeted by employee. And always helped when need.

I always experience poor customer service with I come into this store. Today, I waited for twenty minutes to purchase two items and when I observed two male and female associates talking in aprons talking to each other. There was only one male associate ringing up customers. After getting tired of waiting at the lumber checkout line, i went down to the self check out. I was upset seeing those two associates talking and not stepping up to offer any assistant, i was furious. I have spent nearly $2000.00 at this store location and I experience the same customer service every time. It is very poor. Every time i ask for a person in charge of the store, i always get an excuse from that person, which is ridiculous.

Products are easy to find and when I need help someone is there to help me when I need it
