Manager Chris refused to honor the price. Supervisor Louie also refused to honor the price advertised. Cashier Marcela was very friendly and tried to get the price honored, but it was rejected. False advertisement on items and prices not being honored False advertisement on items and prices not being honored.

It's a hardware store. Full of friendly folks to help you navigate it's vastness. The company is under fire for trying to conduct business as usual, finally. That means it's a proper business there to serve it's purpose. Not coddle kiddos, and heed the angst that used to get addressed with proper discipline in the home. Thanks for being responsive to the necessary adjustments of the times, but remaining resistant to the extra nonsense being karen'd onto everyone with blind fervor. Cheers, Scott

I'm always there purchasing something for myself or for a client, I'm happy with my HD store and employees, I can usually find what ever I need when I need it.

I was greeted & explained what I needed to purchase, the greeter took me right to the very area to find what was needed. Fast and professional service.

Had a fantastic shopping experience at the East Side Home Depot in Palmdale! I was just at the store, all I needed was a wire wheel for my table grinder and a scrubber for my BBQ, well once again our local Home Joke pro delivered in the same manner that I'm used to, the first gal when I asked her about BBQ scrubbers said that I would probably find scrubbers in the plumbing sections,... Do I need to go on? Well lets add this to my visit, while I was looking at BBQs, I asked another employee where the pellet smokers were and he responded with, "I don't see any here, I'm thinking we don't have any" I'm done...

It’s where I go for all my outdoor needs products

Last few years when I've shopped in store,have been horrible. When I could find any employee... I had to break into their conversations to get any assistance. Then it was clear I was bothering them. Very rude attitude made me think " you want a paycheck for no work ? ". IT SEEMS !!!! Well now my last two trips in the store have been a small improvement. At least the people in self check out are always helpful.

Employee who took my payment was not a people person. Not very nice

As a handyman, I depend upon Home Depot to get me the right parts, tools, and advice to get the job done right. This store never disappoints..their stocking levels are excellent, their associates friendly and cashiers amazing! Love this store.. love that it’s in my neighborhood. keep being awesome Home Depot!

They keep closing off the aisles with the orange gates and then leaving. In other words, the aisle is closed for no reason, with no work being done that requires it to be closed off and no employees present for extended periods of time. I am not one that feels comfortable crossing a barrier that is meant for customer safety, as it undermines the very concept and defeats the purpose. This last time, I waited around for an employee to ask them if I could enter the aisle because I kept seeing customers pushing past the orange barricades. I don't do something just because someone else does. I waited for 10 minutes, with no activity in the aisle nor anyone in the department at all (paint dept.), before I finally resorted to asking the employee overseeing the self-checkout how much longer it would be before I could enter the aisle. She informed me that the department had no one working it currently as the employee was on lunch. She allowed me to enter, but the barricades remained in place. Long story short, it took way longer than it should have to just walk over and get what I needed, merely because I am in the small minority of those who try hard to follow the rules and respect the store staff in their endeavors.

Unable to find an employee to help me locate what I needed

I'm a construction worker so I am there almost every day if I can't find what I need i ask and they're always happy to help

Bought a washer on a Monday they told me it would Be delivered on that Thursday ,Thursday came and I didn’t get anything I had to call many times and comes to find out they never had my order ,no one ever put my order in when I had bought my order washer! They told me it will come the following week, on Monday! Monday came and went never got my washer again no one put my order in.

I love the garden department at Home Depot

I bought what I was told would be an approximate fit for my drill, however after arriving home I found that the associate, Rocio had advised me incorrectly. Upon my return I was greeted by Mr. Awesome…Troy Durden who not only refunded my money but he walked me over to the aisle and found exactly what I needed to complete my project at home. He exceeded all expectations and for that reason I will return to this location and look forward to the next time that he will assist me.

Always have whatever I need. Store is fully stocked. Ralph the assistant manager is always helpful. I go in there and so happens that he’s there to always give me his personal best in helping me out personally..

Every time I enter the store, there is always a problem for me to find an employee to help what I'm looking for. When I do find an employee far from the department that I need help in they are always rude.

Looking for plants that were on sale for Mother’s Day. No employee could find them or even knew what I was talking about. They had a huge poster as soon as you walked in advertising them and no one would even help to look. Was told by two employees to look again. Then was told to go look outside because they didn’t know. The store was getting ready to close and I had to run outside to look no one cared they just wanted to leave even though they hadn’t even finished closing for the night. Had an employee completely ignore me when I asked if the door was still open then walked away with an attitude. After checking outside I still didn’t find the product. Tried to check out and self checkout couldn’t accept cash. Was just an awful trip to this store that we shop in weekly. We spend hundreds of dollars in the store to be treated less then. What a shame the employees didn’t even care. You don’t like working go home and stop giving people attitude.
