I like to visit this store. The workers there are very friendly and helpful. They always help me to find the right products or equipment for me.

Everyone at this store is so helpful and friendly. We are often asked if we need help instead of having to try to find someone to ask a question. We prefer this store to the larger ones.

My late husband frequented this store as a contractor for 30 years. I have now become the maintenance manager for our property, and though I have tried other stores, I find that this is also largely my go-to for most needs. I am always helped with my questions, as well as shown where to find products. It has made my new role easier and enjoyable. I also like the fact that at the location I visit, temporary job seekers are allowed to seek work from streetside. I appreciate this as an important service benefitting the contractor and labor community.

Juan in the lumber department was fantastic. He was doing an amazing job keeping everything under control in his department. He deserves a raise. There were several employees that I was watching as they were walking around in circles in the store trying to look busy. There were no 2x10 treated lumber or 2x10 redwood lumber.

this store is my favorite out of HD and Lowes. It is properly stocked, excellent rental dept. and very nice garden dept.

I was frustrated, running around the store, trying to find a representative who would help me find what I was looking for. The first representative provided me with a wrong information and I wasted my time at the wrong aisle. Then I found a second representative who told me that it's not his department. Then I found JOSEPH who was happy to help me, even though he was working at a different department. Even though he was a new employee at this store, it took him less than two minutes to find what I was looking for. Also, he escorted me to the right aisle, and made sure I was in the right place. Great job Joseph! The Home Depot needs more workers like Joseph-fast, efficient, and eager to help.

Everyone acknowledges you in the store, willing to help you get what you came for and out the door.

If you are in need of repair of power products such as lawnmowers, weed eaters you must try the tool rental department. My experience has been very pleasant with Giovanni. He helps you get your lawnmower out of your car. He is very knowledgeable with the technical aspects of repairs, He is quick to get it back to you. They clean the power product before they return it to you. I had an old lawn mower in for repair and I could not find it because the mower he was returning to me looked so new. It was mine. It ran like it was new also. I think the prices are just also

Cory helped me figure out what kind of wood I needed for my project; he took his time and I never felt like he was trying to hurry me. He picked out some really good pieces for me; picked out the right hardware I needed for my project....AND when I had left the lumber department and went to the tools to find a dremel blade, he helped me find the right one when I couldn't find anyone in tools to help me. Best help I have ever had! Thanks Cory!

I really appreciate your employee Devon Mayer. He recommended a lawn edger for me and it is so much better than the other products I was considering. Thanks Devon you are awesome. Your lady at the check out was very helpful and friendly too.

This store is very convenient, and although slightly smaller than other Home Depot stores in Salt Lake, seems to compensate by having knowledgeable employees. They still have a good variety of all needed items for home maintenance.

parking is insane here. Surprised some one has not been hurt. most of the staff are okay. One employee Mr. Stoneman. Really helpful. if you need anything this guy knows where it is and how to use it. made the visit worth while.

Employees are friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here an enjoyable experience.

Great staff that are very knowledgeable. Every experience has been positive. I'm clueless about gardening and Colleen (I think that was her name) was so great in educating me. She helped me understand which plants/flowers work with the amount of shade/sunlight we get.

This East Salt Lake Home Depot is "chuck full" of helpful employees...and I never waste time checking out at the cash registers. How did you find so many smiling employees...they are great!!!

Always a good experience when I go to Home Depot. The employees are knowledgeable when asked questions or if you need help finding things, and is more fun to shop at. (as compared to the competition).

Love this store I find all I need there and get great help and advice on things I'm not sure about.

Store employees are helpful. The store is clean and people like going there. Lots of pets go with their owners. Everyone is comfortable. In a stress filled world, this Home Depot has it figured out.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY.UNFRIENDLY, IGNORE CUSTOMERS, 'DON;T KNOW WHERE ITEMS ARE AND ARE BUSY JUST TALKING TO OTHER EMPLOYEES OR THERE FRIENDS WITCH I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE NOT ALL OF THEM BUT THE LAST 2 YEARS THAT IS WHAT APPEND SO I DRIVE 7 MILES TO GO TO LOWES WHERE THEY TREED ME LIKE A CUSTOMER TO BAD BUT YOU ARE CLOSER FOR ME

We never expected the people at Home Depot to be so friendly and helpful but the folks at the 33rd South store went above and beyond what we've experienced in other Home Depot stores. Especially Tammie in the window covering department. If you need blinds or shutters make sure you ask for her. She is amazing!
