I bought paint, brushes and Rust-oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover and am happy with all of them.

We were uninformed regarding current window dressings options and the store agent (rose Guzman) was extremely helpful.

People were very nice and helped me a lot,James was cashier and very nice.

Not yet installed, but the process of choosing a countertop was eased by the employee

I bought lot stuff and I’ll be back to get more, I’m happy thank you all

If you are in need of a kitchen design or have no idea where to even begin, Stan at Home Depot in Wilbraham is the guy to see! He is helpful, so knowledgeable, takes his time with you and has the patience of a saint.

Have not had success with some nursery stock.

Bill Mulhern sold us a fridge, and we were delighted by how helpful and friendly he was. He made the experience easy and eased our stress when buying a new appliance. He went above and beyond to help us, offering helpful tips and making sure he thoroughly explained everything in a clear and efficient manor. My experience at the East Springfield,Ma location has always been pleasurable for the most part always greeted with a smile and hello. Staff have no problem engaging in conversation in regards to questions about your product your interested in. my checkout experience always leaves me with a smile and assistance if need processing my purchases.

Always good products

Terrible customer service. No one offered to help me. I had to ask a cashier to page someone to meet me in hardware. I needed anchors for shelving screws and the service person put little to no effort into helping me. He advised I go to Lowe’s for customer service. I will never shop at THD again.

Store was clean neat and organized. The staff promptly assist customers

I loved the customer service at this location! I didn't even have to ask for help, they could tell I needed it by the way I was looking around and, so they came to me asking what I needed help finding! They were also very informative and gave great advice on my project!

Good people, very knowledgeable, they make you seem that you can get your project done. My go to store for just about everything.

We went in looking for exterior doors for our home. Joe C. was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and took his time talking over all of our options. If you need doors for your home, definitely go see Joe at the East Springfield store.

I went to Home Depot after coming from an appliance store, just to compare prices. I was not planning to shop that day, just comparing prices from several stores. Bill, the sales associate at the appliance department approached me in a friendly manner answered all my concerns and questions and expanded my knowledge explaining how all the features I was looking for were also available in other high quality brands like the one I was looking for. Because of this positive customer service experience, I ended up buying the washer/dryer that day at Home Depot. To top it all, the price was also just right and they offer installation and haul away services on the old ones.

In the past I’ve had issues at this location with service. This is some years ago but the sale cashier Autumn is always super friendly and helpful. She deserves recognition for the stellar customer service she provides.

Never had an issue until I got my fence out up, poor job.

This store is so wonderful everytime I go it's clean and the employees are truly helpful and Bob in appliance and the ladies and flooring lady in flooring was a Joy

Employee's like to argue with customers when the employee is clearly wrong.

Bad Service, It took 4 employees and Cust. Serv. to helped me to find the type of vinyl floor that I was looking for. 1st employee gave the wrong product. I went back to the store. 2nd employee did not have a scanner asked me nicely if I could wait for another employee. 3rd employee said that it was not his dept but he would help me. While walking he was interrupted by another EMPLOYEE. He decided to go and help this other employee and he just left me there. After coming back from the Cust. Serv. 3rd employee I found did not know how to use his scanner or maybe he was having issues with the scanner. He tried to help but you can tell he did not know how. The 2nd employee came back with the scanner and he was surprised I was still there, he helped and he was very pleasant. Anyways, Bad Service

I have been to this store probably several hundred times in my life and it is always a very enjoyable experience! Always clean, neat, well stocked and organized, and staffed by very knowledgable and friendly people. I feel very at home in the store.

Clean, well stocked, and plenty of personnel to help you. Franco was the employee that helped me, and I will go back again for any home improvement needs I will for my project, and seek him out for help.
