Everbelt shower system clean and easy to work with, would be using for future projects

They had clearance stickers all over these canopies. Employee wouldn't honor the red one that have been stacked on top. I came back 3 hours later to pick something up for a job and they never fixed the issue.

The store was in shabby shape. Nobody was doing their job. If you're going to rob from a store this place is perfect because there's nobody to even acknowledge customers.

Make sure you save your receipt for every single item that you buy at Home Depot. I went to the store tonight to return several items that I had purchased within the last six months… There was absolutely no rhyme a reason on the returns and pretty much everything that I had purchased outside of 90 days was rejected. The items are still sold in the store such as primer spray, paint and plumbing fixtures and they didn’t even offer me store credit. Make sure you keep your receipts or don’t buy from this store.

The employees are great, management is ok, all and all fair shopping experience.

Walking around a corner in the store and employee is pushing in several carts and nearly runs me over and says nothing. I try hanker him for not hitting me and he still says nothing. You can read about the rude cashier above. Probably the worst visit I've had in this store. Wondered why I stopped.

Always helpful staff willing to offer their service! Conveniently close to our home! Bought a cart full of pumpkins as they were just unloaded & being displayed! First come, first served!!! :)

i asked for assistance on a M18 battery purchase. The gentleman was very helpful and informative .i ended up purchasing 2 m18 6.0 ex life batteries.$299.00.Thank you to the gentleman that helped me ..his name was Chris.

Joanne in the Appliances department was an absolute joy and delight to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure all our questions were answered. Her warm personality and professionalism made our visit to Home Depot not just productive but genuinely enjoyable. Because of her exceptional service, we’re far more likely to shop here again.

There was a lack of available personal in some departments and time looking for info is very frustrating for a contractor as time is money for us.

Home Depot is a great store for all my needs. The Boston Rd, Wilbraham store is by far my favorite.

I bought 11/32 plywood for my floor. When I screwed it down it fell apart. Almost 40 dollars per sheet and it is junk. home depot is a garbage dump.

I do my research and make a list of what I need for a project. This particular Home Depot continues to hit the mark. Staff is outstanding and approachable, not condescending or rude, even though I am not a PRO.

We came in to plan a countertop remodel project for our kitchen. Rick helped us and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and made great recommendations. He really made the process simple and easy for us and did a great job of explaining the whole process and making recommendations on which products and materials to use.

Whenever I go to this store the staff is very helpful.

I needed to replace the worn-out carpeting in my grandchildren's bedroom. The new carpeting needed to withstand a bit of abuse, but still be attractive and comfortable on the feet. The salesperson assisted with my selection, and booked appointment for the measurement and installation of the carpeting. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgable about the products.

Employees went above and beyond noticed they were asking others if they needed anything. Very vested, concerned and willing to see all objectives met, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and when met with a question they couldn’t answer got someone that could. Just prices are getting silly., ,

Everyone is so helpful. I really prefer to get all of my hardware needs at this location. Joann in the appliance and Floorong area is particularly helpful!

The store employed was very helpful

I was at this store to purchase a dimmable LED light and this required a certain specified light switch. Easy to find yet the difficulty is knowing which of 2 switches was really applicable for this. That's when I walked by Loretta and she asked if she could help. Loretta's knowledge in electrical is exceptional! She looked through online info and then took me to a nearby computer to get a deeper search. She was deep into comparing and evaluating 2 very similar switches to make sure I got the right one. What a fantastic experience I had. I know electrical circuits but Loretta is much more knowledgeable and looked through a few different screens. She really took the time to make sure everything lined up. I really appreciate pleasant and knowledgeable people. I am grateful to be guided by Loretta. I see her help and give great options to others as well. She is a great person to trust!

Went to have 5 boards cut and waited over 25 minutes for the guy to stop unloading material from pallets to help me for 5 minutes. Multiple employees walked by me and my young son waiting patiently and didn’t ask if we needed help.
