During the COVID pandemic I felt comfortable entering the store, with the precautions the store is taking I had no problem shopping. They are very accommodating. I was there to buy a grill and customer service helped me immediately. Sales associates helped me within minutes of asking. Thank you for always making my shopping experience a pleasure.

I had a very pleasant experience at the store yesterday when I went to purchase my custom made kitchen counter. Stan was very pleasant and patient. I felt bad for him though because he was extremely busy with no time to eat or take a break besides the 10 minute break he had. I think they need more employees in the kitchen cabinet/counter top area.

I would like to give a shout out to John in the plumbing department for his knowledgeable help and friendliness! He not only made sure my needs were met but went above and beyond to help, sincerely thank you!!!! Especially seeing everything we're going through with covid-19 this store hands-down is my favorite store! One other employees suck out to me as well was assistant manager Keith, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and runs a great crew! Thank you home Depot for making my experiences great, every time! In store experience was fantastic as they wanted to make a sale. Once the sale was made it turned into a nightmare to include me never receiving my product and the manager Keith just telling me he will refund my purchase. 4/8/20 purchased freezer for a delivery on 4/16/20. 4/15/20 status showed product on truck for delivery. 4/16/20 received delivery time of 2pm. 11:30 am received a call saying product was out of stock and would not receive till 5/20/20. Called store. Spoke with Keith who had horrible customer service skills. Had no explanation as to why I was sold an item they don’t have. No attempt to make the situation right. Just an oh well we can refund your money. I don’t want my money I want my freezer. Took day off from work for delivery and sold old freezer this morning. Requested to have his district manager call me. He refused and told me to call customer service. Called them and they said they can’t contact district manager. So Keith is that last line of contact over this matter. Will not shop here again until this is made right.

Stan was great and helped with the design of new cabinets for my kitchen. Bill in appliances helped picking out new appliances for the kitchen and picked out appliances that I liked and would fit in the new cabinets. Thank you!!

I shop this store often, not only due to the fact its in close proximity to my residence, but I am very familiar with the location of certain products that I use for my business on a regular basis. Overall the store is usually clean but the lumber department is sometimes cluttered for consecutive days at a time. Employee assistance is usually good..however I don't need assistance on a regular basis. Special ordering is also a good experience. The cashiers at the contractor check out during the workweek are very friendly and knowledgeable.Their names are Cynthia and Missy. It's always satisfying to see one or both when I walk in in the morning. I know that they'll ring up my purchase promptly while taking a few moments chat a little about whatever issues or events are happening in every day life. This store is a better store with those two ladies working there.

Bought an area rug today at the home depot in Wilbraham. The employees were friendly, helpful.. and happy! Good prices.

This storeis terrific. I don't care when I go their everyone is always polite & courteis. They offer to help always. Many other stores I go to aren't as polite.

When the store first opened it was better because all the employees were former technicians or tradesmen in the field that they worked in. Now due to the changing times the people do not always have the answers and require finding someone in the store that does.

Today I went to the store and cashier Rosa was very very nice with me and my wife.

Nice people, nice store, and nextdoor to my grocery store.

Great service well stocked and the employees are quick to help which is rare in big box stores. The 10% Military discount is a very nice thing to do for Veterans!

Had a very rude employee named Crystal completely avoid helping me. Otherwise splendid shopping experience! Also I forgot to in a few past reviews but wanna give props to Caleb and Carlos these guys are prime examples of what a home Depot employee should be.

Two people who work here need to either work someplace else or be talked to, seriously. One, this lady named Crystal outright ignored me when I asked for help. Looks right at me, and pretends not to see me waving and continues her philosophical conversation with some other employee. And the other one: Ashley at the service desk. She was being super rude to one of this store's best employees, Mr. Matt of hardware. He's always way friendly and super knowledgeable. And then this kid, Ashley, she looks like she could be YOUNGER than him, starts bossing him around, telling him he's gotta help with something and he's gotta getout of her way.

Wish there were more cash registers available with cashier's.I don't use self checkout.

The Wilbraham store Home Depot employees are always helpful and courteous they find the time to cater to the customer and the management staff is awesome!

Springfield store is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and is a roomy store so it's easy to get around. People were great and knew where even the smallest items were in a heartbeat.

Great store usually, except I was recently introduced to Crystal when I asked for help and she brushed me aside, vaguely pointing in a direction and saying "it's over there" Not very helpful However, I always have good words to say for my main experts in the store: Carlos, Franco, Kaleb, and Harold and John in plumbing. These guys are A+, they know their stuff that's for sure.

Online order for delivery (from Watertown store) to Cambridge was sent to Wilbraham, Mass. store through a glitch in their computer (according to the Wilbraham store manager). NO one called me to inform me. The online STATUS OF THE ORDER showed it was out for delivery. The following day, I called again and no one knew anything about the order.

I recommend this store if you don't have to deal with Crystal. Almost everyone else there is a pleasure to have help you, but consistently when I come in and need help, if Crystal is the one nearby, she either ignores me, hands me off to someone else, or has a general attitude and is obviously trying to show me away. I've let it go several times but after she ignores my partner in front of me who's asking for help, I can't let that go. This lady needs to be talked to.

Nicest people, but unable to meet expectations HD sets for their customers. The last two times I've been to the Wilbraham store I've had very frustrating experiences. In my first visit, I was directed to the back of the store to search for a ring doorbell they didn't have tags for as it was the entry level item ($99), but plenty of tags for the $200 and up items. In my second visit, my online purchase was not pulled four hours after purchase (though it says it should take two). I called, they apologized and said it would be ready by the time I arrived in fifteen minutes. They called me 20 minutes later and said it was out of stock as I walked in the door. They got the message wrong as they had two of the six items I ordered, but four people thought there should be more because the system showed seven. I waited 20 minutes for them to find one more. Instead of offering to send the other three to my home free of charge they recommended I drive 20 minutes to another store that might have the same inventory problem. It showed seven in stock at that store too. Then after all that, they had to charge me for the six items and refund the three back like I returned them. The people are very nice, but the system is broken. If they weren't so nice and HD wasn't the sole place to get Ryobi One plus products I would have lost it. Spending over an hour in the store collectively for two purchases that should have taken five minutes each is irritating.
