Up to recent, a Home Depot fan…until now! Problem started w/a Tuff Shed. In store purchase of a 10’ x 12’ shed that store rep suggested (and convinced) a HD credit card for a $100 coupon for any future purchase). HOA informef “to big”. Went back to HD to change shed size to 8’ x 10’. Employee said shed order hadn’t started and would change size & credit the difference. That’s the problem…the credit was never issued. Fast forward: shed was delivered, built and it’s beautiful. Three mos. later & several calls & visits to both HD & its credit card company. Each says the other is responsible & no credit. Soooo frustrating and still working on this resolution.. BEWARE y’all! Since we’ve shared our story to a few friends, they have shared some of their own HD past issues.

This is the second encounter with your employee at your East Vancouver store. I do not know the employee’s name. I would describe her as a late 40’s, female, with sandy blond hair. The first contact she contacted me after I had completed an online pickup order/ in store order. I was walking away from a self checkout register. She asked me for my receipt. I believe she was concerned because I had items in my cart which she believed I did not pay for. When she asked me for my receipt. I said no. She then asked why and I said there was no reason to, and exited the store. The next time which was a few months later, I was loading lumber, when in a loud voice the same employee asked me if I found everything. I took her associate facial expression as she was annoyed with me. I do not steal, nor do I like being challenged as if I was. I understand there is a great deal of theft in the retail industry. However, my general demeanor will change as to how one approaches me. As in both instances, the employee was rude. In the first instance, all the employee would have had to do was ask why there was other items in cart which I did not scan (online purchase items).Then again better yet, place a sticker on the online purchase items. The bottom line was the employee was accusatory and rude in her questioning. In the second encounter, the employee was straight up rude. If there is a third negative encounter with this employee. It will not end well for the employee.

The store needs more like her, who stays with one to find objects that are hard to find or not located as designated per isle.

Parking was a challenge on 8/14/2024 due to seal coating of the parking lot . Areas being worked on were well marked but the area for parking was small and congested with traffic and people loading purchased items had more than usual traffic to deal with.

This store is awesome. Great products, friendly and helpful employees, great prices, and the store is set up in a way that you can easily find what you need!

No customer service and no personality at checkout. Disappointed, usually a lot better service but will be back due to convenience of product and store hours.

I've made frequent trips to the store while remodeling our house recently and the majority of the employees have been very friendly and helpful.

I rented a chainsaw and a ladder. They loaded and taught me how to use it. Mike was kind, courteous, efficient!

I shop here frequently. Every time I get greeted at the door and as I am walking through I get asked by multiple employees if I need help.

I received AWESOME service at this location when I was there 4 times in ONE DAY! And 3 visits to the return desk! Thank you!!

I've always enjoyed going to this Home Depot but I've recently had an experience that has prompted me to write a review. Originally, I went in for some artificial turf for a garden project. I was met by Tyler in the flooring department and he took great care of me. While he was cutting my turf he asked if I had any other flooring needs. I told him I did need new carpet but probably couldn't afford it right now. He offered to sit down with me and outline how ordering carpet would work. It sounded so easy I decided to go ahead and get a measurement so we could get a quote. A few days later the measuring was complete and I returned to see Tyler. He also followed up on the phone with me, I thought this was awesome. We sat down and when I got the quote I was shocked as it was well under what I thought it would be. I ordered it and install is set up for July 8th! Before I left Tyler asked if I had any other projects in mind. I told him I really needed new blinds but again, thought it would be out of my price range. Again, Tyler set the whole thing up and long story short, my new blinds are ordered and install is on the way. Not only do I feel like I got a great price/value but I was so impressed with the service I received at this Home Depot. It reminded me of when I was a kid, going someplace with my dad and how the interaction went between the store and the customer. Flooring is next up on my list and it is a no brainer of where and who I'm going to see when its time!

Arrived in the Garden Dept and located employee named Erik. Erik helped us immediately and offered other suggestions, then loaded 10 bags of mulch into our vehicle for us.

I just bought a house in east Vancouver so I am a regular customer at Home Depot Camas. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at this store. Even though I try to patronize mom and pop stores, the Home Depot Camas stores gives me a better vibe than even the neighborhood hardware store. I shop here primarily because the stores clerks are friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy the staff at my local home Depot on 192nd in camas. I like how their employees react I like how the cashiers are I like how there are no really any long lines even in the pro shop area they get you through so keep up the good work and a special kudos to one of your cashiers Cher.

Ed asked me if I needed help as I did, so he got the power tools I needed and escorted me to the counter where Marianna checked me out. These two people were really pleasant and friendly and they are the reason I will continue to go to this particular store.

I wanted to install a doorbell in my workshop so that when deliveries/people came to the house i would be notified when i was working. My workshop is detached from the house and a ways away from the driveway. The gentleman in Electrical explained how to do it and showed me all the materials I would need. I could not have completed this project with out his help! Thank You Home Depot!

I trust HD and their products. The workers need to give factual information not just what they think.

If I cannot get what I want from the Home Depot close to me, I go to the E Vancouver store and they many times have it there

I was in a hurry and asked the service desk associates about a specific product. They did not only tell me where it was , they also went with me and show me exactly what I was looking for, even with me being very vague.
