Because of the great employees I was able to get everything for my project. They gave suggestions and boosted my confidence in myself that I could make a planter box. i did make it and I was so happy wirh the outcome

Home Depot was out of the Husky tamper, so Eric helped me find a DeWalt tamper any price matched it! That was fantastic because the DeWalt tool was overpriced and I save 20 bucks! He walked me through the store and made sure it was done properly at the register and then he even pushed my 600 lb cart of 12 bags of 50 lb each gravel and help me unload them into my truck. He did a fantastic job.

Just built a shed and got all my materials from this store and always got great help an friendly sales people

10 minutes to find the 1st employee who couldn't help me but called another who showed up 13 minutes lter ( timed it). All to buy a rubber gasket for a pipe that was hidden behind one of those myriad of displays that hang off wire shelves sticking out into the aisles

My wife and I (we're in our 70s) were purchasing some heavy, bulky items at Home Depot in E. Vancouver when Eric came over to assist us. He helped us get the items in our shopping cart, go through checkout, and load the purchases into the back of our SUV. Thank you Eric for going out of your way to make our expedition a little bit easier!!

I had an excellent experience in your store in the lumber department I had a very friendly clerk who went out of his way to make my shopping experience just awesome!

Unless I go near closing time, I don't get much help. They also really don't have much interest or knowledge.

Greeted by Tyler in the paint department and immediately helpful! He took directly to the product I thought I needed, however he guided me to the correct product for outdoor decking sealant. ( I was using interior). He also gave me knowledge on difference in the products in understandable way. Tyler is an USAF vet by the way! He is an asset to Home Depot and excellent service provider and resource.

Product was a floor model. Cost $700.00. Went to pick it up and it was filthy with months of dust and dirt on it. I needed to ask for towels to clean it. Needed help loading it into friend’s truck due to recent shoulder replacement surgery. Home Depot employee completely didn’t care-zero customer service skills. Acted like we were wasting his time. Commented that I bought a floor model as if that meant my purchase was a piece of garbage. Management did say they would deal with all of this, but Loews will probably be my go to store from now on.

I shop often at Home Depot and I like the variety of products available. But I wish there was an easier way to know if items I am looking for are in stock before I make a special trip to buy something.

Employees are great, had to wait almost 30 for employee to find the key to unlock a tool. When emoyee came back said nobody checked it out and that they couldn't find. I asked well can we cut the lock and was told he would lose his job of he did that. Left without the item.

I found that the people at this location have been very helpful. A guy helped me find what I was looking for even though it wasn't in the usual section where those items would be located, he went out of his way to get me to where I needed to be. Very nice!

bought a new maytag washer 4 years ago from jantzen beach store, it broke already. washer broke in 4 years, called maytag, they said to call the place where i bought it. called home depot they said to call maytag, then said i had to have the warranty when it said 10 years on the machine. dont have time to bicker, you need to make this right somehow. Except for the manager. Employees are great and selection is good, but good luck getting hold of the manager if you ever have an issue.

It's just gotta be said. E. Vancouver Home Depot is getting easier and easier to find what you need and the advice you need. Lately, we have opted to shop closer to home, rather than hassle with the traffic, potential shortages of needed items and frustrating crowds - just to save a few dollars on taxes. Depending on your proximity to Portland, you could be spending more on gas than you are saving on taxes.

I appreciated that someone working there was willing to not just walk me through what tools I needed for the task at hand, but also why they were the right tools vs. other ones that seemed similar in appearance (for instance, picking out the specific best option out of the large variety of different types of wrenches for sale). That kind of knowledge I was finding hard to discover in my online searches, and I apppreciate it.
