Two employees helped us on Sunday morning Lori and Chuck went above and beyond for us to locate, move and help us load landscaping stones for a fire pit we were planning to build they were so helpful and friendly! Thank you Lori and Chuck

My husband and I walked in at 8:52pm on a Friday night looking for a Dehumidifier. I was approached by Sam, who was not wearing his uniform and obviously off the clock. He took me where the dehumidifiers were and assisted me in selecting the one we needed. He was also very kind and thoughtful that he picked up the dehumidifier off the shelf ( it was a bit heavy) and placed it in our shopping cart without asking. Sam is a true example of EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Sam

While shopping I asked for help with an item. Staff attended to find the appropriate manager to help, but was not available. I spoke with Will. Will listened my questions and offered available options without make promises he could keep. Will was able to help me with the item. I can’t say enough about my interaction with Will. Ask for him the next time you need help!

This location appears to be under staffed

I have dealt with 3 other Home Depots and they don't come close to the excellent service I always receive at the Whiteland store.

The last few times I have been in this store I have had great experiences with the team members. That does not usually happen these days and it was very much appreciated. Keep up the good work hiring great people HD Frazer!

I had an employee that went above and beyond to help me find an item, that unfortunately has been discontinued. He was very patient and kind.

I have been going to the Frazer location for about 20 years now. The previous manager I believe is name was Bob Roselli he was a cool guy. For the last couple of years i have been going to the same store at least couple days per week reaching the elite status During this time the manager has never acknowledged me wich is not big deal because there are some other employees that have been there for a long time and they are awesome. BTW is being much harder to make return at that location. King Of Prussia is better

It was a nice store, well organized and clean, workers where very helpful, i was hoping to purchase a certain Ecco hand held blower that was not in stock, i did purchase a different model, it would be nice to have more items available in stock, with out having to place a special order.

I always find what I need for my job or my home when shopping at Home Depot. High quality products, variety of choices, competitive values and professional friendly assistance. I will continue to use for my professional and personal needs.

After 8 hours of nonsense trying to order this, they shipped the wrong color item and l spent another 2 hours trying to get someone who could speak and understand English to exchange the item. What a nightmare!!! I hate this business.

Went specifically to find a birdhouse that my friend really liked. A very nice young man helped me find the last one. He could not have been any nicer.

I would love for this Home Depot to have more patriotism on display similar to their neighboring stores. For example, military flags on the end caps, or American flags abundantly placed throughout the store. And please, PLEASE get rid of the awful earworm music. Just stick to country.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with Home Depot. The appliance I ordered took a week to be delivered, and then when it was delivered the subcontractor damaged my doors and damaged the actual appliance. Now I have to wait another week for a replacement appliance.

I have shopped this location for years and don’t hesitate to go out of my way a bit if I need anything from THD.

Cashier at self checkout was extremely rude, and cashier at register for cash was rude and could not count change.

Many of the employees fail to ask if you need help and frequently look as though they want to avoid any questions from customers.

every person in this department went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely recommend Home Depot Frazer for any flooring needs. The man who came out to measure was amazing as well.

I shop at Frasier Home Depot several times a week. The staff is always great and helpful. They go out of their way to try and find what you need. Friendly, knowledgeableall around great place to shop.

I went to do pricing , ending up buying my refrigerator in less than 1 hour.

86year old vet. Tried to sign on line unsuccessful. Went to customer service desk they couldn’t do it either. Please help me get signed up so can get discount

Debby, Erin and Matt are some very amazing members of the pro desk who assist me every time I am there (and I am there often). They find me items I need and offer best prices.

I buy almost all of the items I need from Home Depot and have never had any problem.
