Always clean, friendly and helpful.

Very knowledgeable employees who are easy to find and go beyond in helping you. Never have had a bad experience. If they don't have the answer they find someone who can help. Good prices items in stock.

Ms. Kelly was a big help and made me feel special!!

We love our local Home Depot. Everyone is always so willing to help and it's always clean.

Keep your receipts with you at all times, no refund if receipt not present only a store credit. Cashier said she was told this is the way to do it. A day before another store could give a cash refund without a receipt. I guess I’ll start keeping my extra parts in the shop instead of wasting time trying to return for credit!

This is the best Home Depot Store in the Upstate SC. The employees are always willing to go out of their way to help you find something and sometimes help you figure out better ways to do your project. They treat you with respect no matter what you look like. Y'all are the best

The store is always clean - and the people go out of their way to HELP in any way they can. It's just a better feeling then our other store (up the highway) you can tell when you walk in. The product are all great and the store layout is easy to follow and find what you need. Great Store HOME DEPOT hope you take of them. Thank YOU.

Once more the Home Depot start easily has shown their careless disregard for their customers walking through the checkout had a purple piece of lumber the girl charged me full price I told her it was purple she ignored that she didn't know what it was it is not my job to train these people by the way by the way the girl that ignored me while I was waiting in line and went over to her Latino girlfriend and help her instead of me it's still there I have not received any communication and not even the same standard empty corporate apology nothing had that been me on the register and I did that to my brother or my cousin I would have been excoriated

I was standing in line waiting to check out the person in front of me was finished and the cashier ignored me ran past me into the Iowa to get her friend and help her who was not even in line when I saw that she was doing it I called her on it said hey I was next here I'm next year you had no right to pass me up and help somebody behind me when in line the girl the customer girl another Latino both were Latino girl females she said she had plenty of time if she would wait so the cashier very rudely and aggressively checked out my material practically threw the receipt at me never said hello never said goodbye never said have a nice day never asked me if I wanted a bag so I left I left and when I was outside I saw the other woman her friend her buddy her pal and her Toyota truck which was illegally parked out front she saw me she filled tires and turned her truck around like she was making donuts or something and I doubt that she ever got her matter taken care of I don't care what you got taken care of or not none nobody has the right to pass me up in line ignore me totally Chase. In an hour away 50 feet away to help somebody else because they are female and Latino just like her I wonder what would have happened if this white male was on register and I did that to a latino female wonder what happened I would be fired I was then I pay they were take away my parking place they would take me out back tie me to a barbecue grill and rip me but that's not going to happen here she'll probably get a medal

I shop this store often and find the same courtesy each visit. The employee's are helpful and go the 9 yards to get what I need. I find pricing is reasonable and most of all....the ad items are in stock.....this is huge. This store is clean and easy to move through the isles without fear of collision.

This is one of the best managed stores in the upstate. All associates always eager to help. The store is always clean and organized. The inventory showing on the HD mobile app is normally fairly accurate. Products are located where they should be and don't constantly move around like some HD stores.

I commend the management and staff at the Easley SC store! It is very difficult nowadays to find true customer service and you can find it at this store. I always have a great experience. The store is clean and the employees are very helpful finding just what you need. I have had two issues over the years, one with a product and one with billing. They took care of both situations immediately. Mr.Joseph Strong, Store Manager and Brittine at customer service went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough! I have several Home Depots that I can shop at, but the Easley, SC store has earned my loyalty.

The worst experience I have had at any Home Depot. Don’t waste your time. After 2 hours and no resolutions I went to Lowe’s and purchased exactly what I needed at a Better price and superior service.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Disappointed in the lack of stock on the shelves but I know it's the virus causing the issues; not the store. Will definitely be back.

Asked an employee to pull overstock off upper shelf. After employee pointed at price tag with arrow pointing at lumber on shelf, and him saying “what about this?” I pointed out that is was maple not birch. He said, “I’ll get it when I get a chance. After waiting 15 minutes, Never saw him again.

If your a veteran with a service connected disability beware. If you happen to get a man named David checking you out don't show him your card.He will make sure everyone around hears him and he'll tell you real quick that you don't have a discount. All this is is a VA card . You don't really have a discount, Home Depot is just giving you one. If they don't want to give it that's fine. No one owes me anything, but if they feel that way quit offering it. I have spent a ton of money in that store but I'll never do it again.

The employees on the floor in this Home Depot are pathetic. They all seem to be hiding and are difficult to find. When you finally find one, they don't know the answers. In the garden shop, the floor workers had no idea where things were. When I asked for a Clematis, the worker asked me "is that a plant?" Never again. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the paint department to mix up a colored stain. Never again.

The staff is doing a excellent job keeping customers safe and keeping the store extremely clean during the virus situation!

Everyone in the store was nice and helpful. I went in to purchase a lawnmower and it was a no pressure sell with an attentive gentleman in the store. The entrance was managed very well by the young men at the door. Social distancing was easy with only 50 people in the store. It was very organized and the people respected the rules that were in place. I enjoyed my experience and will continue to shop at this store.

I was charged for item # 787623131915 twice but was told they are buy 1 get 1 free. I would like a credit

The store manager and appliance department manager (Kasheenia) were really nice and helpful. Our deep freezer stopped working today and we had to replace it today so we would not lose all of our food. Everyone was so helpful and understanding to our situation. Kasheenia really went above and beyond to help us and complete our transaction. Great employee and great customer service. Great experience today at Home Depot of Easley.

The product was easy to find and the store was clean. The service was awful to the point of not wanting to come back here.

Excellent customer service as well as providing pretty solid prices on their products. I was greeted with hospitality and was able to effectively find what I was shopping for in the store.
