I love m’y new Samsung réfrigérateur and Kitchenaid dishwasher and my new Samsung microwave. Home Depot has a great selection and terrific employees to assist you.

The price was excellent.

I found that an item I had ordered online and had delivered was damaged. I brought it back to store #1110 in Columbia. The person who assisted me (Kathy) was everything you could want in a CS representative. She handled the return and reorder professionally and efficiently. I was very impressed with her kindness and pleasant demeanor as she processed the issue. 5 stars! Thank you, Kathy.

The associate assistant with loading was rude inconsiderate, and not very helpful

The cashier, Brittney, at the Garden center was extremely helpful and nice.

The staff at this location were very welcoming and if you asked a question they would point you in the right direction and they would walk you to that location and help you as much as possible. I loved the warm smiling faces. Make sure you visit this location if you need something for your home.

Practically all of our landscaping plants and soils, stones, etc. come from Home Depot #1110. Those items are of good quality at good prices. In addition, supplies and many major appliances have come from there, needed to keep a fairly large home for a family of five (5) well sheltered. Again, good quality items at a good price, with good assistance to pick the best items for our needs. It is where doers go to get things done!

The best Home Depot to go to staff is excellent

Store employee suggested a draino product for use. After I got home and was about to use it the label clearly stated that it was not for use as I intended.

Every time I go to Home Depot, I have no trouble finding an employee to help me. I have always gotten good advice from an employee who was experienced in the field I was shopping.

Tha place is clean and well organized and their employees very empathetic.

I ordered all new kitchen appliances because I was remodeling it. I ordered the appliances giving myself a week to get the floors and cabinets changed out. Home Depot decided they wanted to deliver the appliances 5 days early in the middle of the work week. When I went into complain about this, the managers made sure that I knew I was wasting their time. They were unfriendly, they made me wait for 40 minutes before they even came out to talk to me. And did their best to make sure I knew I was not worth their time. That I was a baby for making them deliver when they said they would.

Friendly & Helpful staff in all areas. Clean store, well kept stock and easy to find someone when needing assistance.

Item was explained shipping delivery everything from size to serial numbers for future references

I went to Home Depot on 2 Notch Rd. in East Columbia to pick up some hard to find electrical supplies. They had everything I needed and we’re very good about where to find it. Thank you.

I was shocked at the level of help I got on this visit to HD. The customer service was outstanding and just the level of service all customers would like but no two days are the same in retail the store wasn't that busy so most of the salesperson walking around were probably looking for customers to help which is a wonderful thing. Keep up the good work.

Please help me I’ve been twice charged for same carpet and cannot get it off my account.

I needed Women's Garden and she was so helpful with the gloves to help me find the right ones. That fit my small hand.

In one sentence, these are my people! They talk to me, explain anything I have questions about and are just good hard working people

After dropping my half can of paint off to be shaken, my husband and I proceeded to spend an hour looking for items we needed. We checked out and ran other errands and then realized we never grabbed our can. By 6 AM the next morning the can had disappeared! Yes, it was our fault for forgetting it, but should it be thrown away after less than 12 hours of sitting on the counter? Although the manager had no sympathy for our predicament, Miss Von and Derrick were extremely compassionate and helped save the day! It is because of their ability to remedy the situation and their professionalism that I left the next morning happy and able to work on my project. Most of the employees at the store are knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you, Ms Von and Derrick!!!
