The employees created me upon arrival.. when I went to the wood department I was greeted by an enthusiastic employee willing to help me with my needs.

I like this store because of the Pro service desk. I was very impressed as to how knowledgeable the associate was and her willingness to assist us as we selected and purchased our products.

went back inside to see who the woman was and get her name. She apologized. Maybe you should train your staff better, not to assume that all people are loitering. She was bored and sat down Period. Shame on your staff! This was bakersfield ca store 4001 Ming Ave. Bakersfield Ca. 93309 Sonya was the rude girls name and other staff stood there and laughed. Completely outrageous.

The manager at this location is always very kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond quite a few times for me. I believe his name is JR Ruff I

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Miss Tara, she made my day yesterday (2/15/24). I was carrying my groceries home from the bus after a long 14 hour day, I arrived at the store just before 7pm after being up since 5am, arms full with my groceries and she immediately greeted me and offered a place for me to set my things down. After that, she asked what I needed and I told her I just needed a key cut. She then told me to follow her and in a few steps we were at the machine. I gave her my original and she quickly found the right blank to use and started the machine. While the key was being copied, an older couple walked up to the register. She excused herself so she could go ring them up, as they only had a few items. It was no problem at all to me, she showed ability to multitask and engage multiple customers at once. She was energetic, polite, and friendly. She made a long, hard day better with just a few kind words and spare key. Derrick the cashier was so friendly and thoughtful.

I had an issue at checkout with a merchandise credit. The employees were very understanding and helpful. Thank G-d I had the receipt for the merchandise credit and the pin had not been scratched off yet. It was refreshing to be helped by people who truly cared and found a way to rectify the issue.

I bought a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Love all three of the products. They were delivered and installed as promised. All are working fine and really enhanced the look in my kitchen. Love all three of them.

We travel many miles from our home to get our customer service and product selection. It is nice not having to do all our business electronically!

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Very well stocked.

We love to buy Ryobi tools at Home Depot and seasonal decorations, and have had many good interactions with employees at this particular location. They also have good clearance stock in the back of the store. During a recent appliance purchase, one employee (Tina) went above and beyond with her kindness to us. We will continue to patron this location.

I do not work for Home Depot so why do I have to check myself out? I know so they can save on labor costs

I went in to purchase paint with only a inch piece I chipped off the wall. Marquis was awesome he match it to the exact color. He explain to me the different finishes and help me get everything else I need to paint my bathroom. I would definitely give him a 10/10

So many times stores will say black friday deals you get there and they tell you they only got 50 in and they gone, I feel thats false advertizing. I was pleased there were plenty of poinsettas in stock at the black friday prices- I appreciate true advertizing!!!

Cashier in the garden department lacks knowledge about her job and customer relations

After looking up items to give my garden a much needed overhaul, I was very pleased to find the garden soil, blood meal, and bone meal in all the quantities I needed. The price was competitive, and brands I trust because they work well. This Home Depot store did not disappoint me!
