If you are going for electrical talk to Joel. If you are going to the garden section. Talk to Derrick. There is another woman in garden that is a master gardner but I forgot her name, she is also a great help. And there are a few other great guys and gals there that really know their stuff. No matter what, most are friendly and happy to help best they can. I am a real annoying, constant difficult problem, kind of know to much customer and they are nice to me. I am demanding and bossy but they handle me in stride. That's how I know this is a good store. They also high five. Test it. You will see. Great store because of the people.

Sales associates were excellent. Every associate I passed ask if they could help me. The associate in lighting and ceiling fan dept. Helped me find what I needed, could answer all of my questions, and even downloaded info on my phone. Items were also loaded in my car!

No comment at this time I found the door handle that I was looking for but had to return it because it did not fit.

Like I said before I don't understand the refund policy

We came back home from vacation to find that our refrigerator had died. Ari and Kay (store associates) were fantastic as they helped us navigate the purchase of a new refrigerator. We selected a unit that was in stock and discounted for clearance. All of the staff were very, very helpful.

Products were in stock. Staff available and greeted you as you entered...with a smile:-)

Few and far between are the times I have found better prices elsewhere. I like being able to place order ahead of time and walk in to pick it up. I get to leave work, pick up materials, and get home and fixing or building faster. Now they just need to have a pizza store to team up with. Pizza and drywall in the same place? Impossibly perfect.

Tia, was at the return desk and helped us right away and she was very helpful. We purchased two patio chairs and the delivery box was all torn up and no packing slip. We showed her our iphone photos of the condition of the box and the chair. We were able to return the item with out a hesitation. We have just moved here from Connecticut and are very pleased with the kind and friendly service we have experienced with all the associates we have met so far. It really makes me want to go back and shop and just look around and probably buy more than I need.

The store was clean and had a 4/1 Associate to Customer ratio; however the 4 Associates I encountered, did not assist me from one area to another. Also, they were not totally familiar with their products and I used the mobile app, my phone and my Son on the website to assist me.

I purchased a grill on-line and needed a cover. Derrick immediately helped me determine what size I needed and went right to the shelf. Him and Myron put the grill in my car and both employees were very professional and friendly. They are both assets to the company!

Everyone in the store were pleasant and patient, from the guy who took item off the shelf to put in the cart to the sales associate who took time offer extended warranty on product and kept smiling, to the guy who helped with item to the car. The whole process was great. Home Depot has a thumbs up.

I was able to buy full 4'x8' size sheets of masonite, not the 1/4" shorter sheets sold at some other stores. The extra 1/4" makes a difference in getting the most of a sheet. I needed the sheet cut into pieces to use for drawing boards and Guillermo patiently assisted me.

I am from out of state. I enjoyed shopping at your HD because it seems to have different things than at my PA store. My son has a house in SC and we were there fixing it up. You r store was close and you had everything we needed.

I came into the store late on Sunday evening, not long before store closing time. Knowing this, I was prepared for having to fend for myself with most associates doing their closing prep or just simply tired. Instead, I found two very helpful associates, one in the lawn and garden tool area (I was buying a pressure washer) and another at checkout. The floor associate offered to retrieve a flatbed cart for me and the checkout associate was very friendly.

Had a good laugh and didn't have to pay much for it, the employees turned my trip in to a good time

I like going on line to purchase of check to see whether my product is in the store and the quantity. Such ease make shopping a breeze. The store was clean and the assistant was ready at a drop of a dime. I truly enjoyed that I did not have to do any work, being that I was spending my money; they pulled the product and waited till I paid and then, they loaded the goods on to my truck. Yaa!

Unlike many of the big box retailers in my area, I've consistently received good customer service at this store. Employees walk up and ask if you need help, then will take you directly to the item. No walking up and down the aisles looking for help and wasting time. Also, the self checkout system is quick and easy to use.

This Forest Drive store in Columbia, SC has the best customer service associates I have ever worked with in any store I have shopped.. And I shop al LOT. I rank the level of customer service the highest of any store I shop. When you need to ask someone questions re: where to find a product or, knowledge of best product for a project there is always someone available in almost every aisle to assist me. The paint dept. has excellent choices, as well as the home décor dept., appliances, the garden department has everything you need and then some. The store is well organized and extremely clean, associates are friendly and professional, and no waiting in check out lines. I like the greeters when you enter the store, they don't just welcome you to the HD, you can ask them where to find anything you want and they know which aisle you need to go to.. The prices are the lowest I've seen for the products I purchase. The only recommendation I have is to open a tool rental department.
