This store, close to FT. Jackson, is soldier/veteran friendly.Looking for something, ask associates Kieth or Leon.They know where everything is or will find it for you. Great place for help with projects and remember to ask for your military discount!

We go to this store at least once a month and today was so disappointing. The aisle's were blocked with boxes, equipment & litter/spilled drinks. I had a huge list but I could only purchase what I could get to which was only 2-items out of about 20 on my list. Never ever saw this store in this condition.

This store is easy to find the location is great. The employee at this store are very friendly and are willing to assist you on any product you what to purchase.

The store is great. They bent over backwards to solve HomeDepot online's problem, and did the online service mess up big time. Kuddos to Ari and Sandra in Appliances. HomeDepot online should be ashamed. Two online service reps. left the line and never came back. If it weren't for Two Notch Home Depot I'd never shop there online/store again.

The Two Notch store is always well maintained, organized and clean as a whistle. I am a frequent shopper and know several of the staff by first name. My engagement with management has always been pleasant and helpful. They are community oriented as evident by their support of local youth projects. My wife Bis always singing the praises of the horticulture department. Needless to say while I always make this HD my first choice, I do visit the other two stores in the area.

Great customer service. I was asked immediately upon entering store if I needed help. Some other stores you spend time just trying to locate a sales person. Home Depot you are the best!!

Thank you to the several employees who went out of their way to help me locate what I needed. One item was not on the shelf, so the associate contacted the dept. manager, who immediately located some on a storage shelf and got one to me promptly. I appreciated not having to stand and wait, as has been my experience at other stores.

The staff and management at this store are top notch! Even though we live on the southeast side of town, we drive the extra distance to shop at this store instead of their competitor. We purchased a bank owned home seven years ago that needed updating and sweat equity. Everything, and I mean everything we needed was bought at this Home Depot. Kristie has been especially helpful.

Purchased drywall and drywall mud for home renovation. Was easy to find. Associate still approached and asked to assist. Merchandise had to be delivered. Handled very professionally. Will be returning for more product.

The Home Depot Columbia store #1110 staff were ALL VERY helpful and accommodating. They welcomed us right at the door and wanted to know if they could direct us or help us find any items we were looking for or interested in. We did not have to wonder/bump around nor look/hunt for a sales rep. I really was glad to see the large signs for each isle as well. They were very clear and explained what to expect on each isle. All staff were really helpful in directing us and we never felt or got the impression that they didn't want to be bothered. That was impressive to me!!! The store was very clean as well as the RESTROOM. Much appreciated.

Positive-store was clean Negative-everything else. -Strike 1- The installation charge for the new Washer /Dryer I purchased was deleted at the store, causing me to return to the store to be charged again for it. -Strike 2- Plumbing contractors spilled blue toilet water on my brand new beige carpet from a half filled shop vac out of a previous person's toilet.(prior to even starting on my toilet replacement) The vac should be emptied prior to starting a new job since you never know how much/what will need to be vacuumed at the new site. Basics... That installer is BANNED from my house and now Sedgewick is saying the installer needs to come back to "inspect" the damages. I already sent them pictures! I'll request them send a Home Depot manager out instead, and see how that pans out. At this point, I may just eat the cost of having it shampoo'd just so I don't have to deal with this place anymore. I managed to scrub most of it out, but there is still a green tint to the area. -Strike 3- New vanity combo arrived with a large crack in it. Causing a second install day to be necessary since it had to go back for a replacement. -Strike 4- New dryer is defective with a heating element issue/ or thermostat issue. Was not drying. Luckily I called them on the last day a replacement was eligible for this one. -Strike 5- Washer/dryer stuck in replacement nightmare after dealing with different managers telling me different resolution stories. Had to give the specific model numbers to 2 different managers before they finally got the models correct prior to ordering the replacements. Home Depot then tried on 2 separate occasions to get me to pay a second $1500 for the replacement models, after already telling me it would be a cash in/ cash out (basically using the credit from the original order to pay for the replacements). Even had a credit coming back. Get to the store, again, they tell me I have to have a second charge on my card prior to receiving the credit from the original in order to get the replacements going. Having worked in retail and management, in addition to also being a consumer, I have never experienced such a botched operation in terms of process and customer service. I have had great experiences at Home Depot in other locations in the past when they have messed up, which is why I decided to give this location the chance to correct things numerous times. But that nostalgia of previous experiences at those locations can only go so far. I finally decided on a full refund and went to a competitor that same day. I live 5 minutes away from this store, but will absolutely drive another 5 minutes or more to ANY of your competitors in the area for any future home projects.

Associates in garden area are knowledgeable and pleasant. Enjoy chatting with them.

I would recommend the store to anybody and everybody. The best service around. From the quality of there tools to there loving and helpful staff. They are down right amazing. The store is always clean. I feel like family when I go into the store not just a customer. The atmosphere there makes you want to go back over and over agian. If your looking for something and your a contractor ask Kelly or Sharika. Household products Ask Will he always knows and if you can’t find them look for Ari he always has your back coolest most friendliest people you’ll ever meet.
