I want to put in a good word for Julie in the paint department. She always helps me out with advice and great service. On my last visit she helped me pick out a great quality exterior trim paint, I purchased 2 gallons. The job looks great! Thank you for having employees like Julie.

Customer service and returns very friendly associates

This store deserves no stars. I purchased a Traeger pellet smoker grill at 6:41PM on 08/28/25. Waited around for someone to bring it out to our truck, as the sales associate indicated it would be about 10 minutes. The sales associate tried to be helpful as she noted us standing around after 10 minutes. Some other unhelpful associates walked by and indicated that the grill was being moved. No manager came by to assist either. And not surprisingly at all after waiting over 10 minutes, no one arrived to take the grill off the shelf and bring it to our truck, as promised. At 7:12PM, 31 minutes later I asked for a refund. Totally unreasonable amout of time to keep us waiting with ZERO service. And a waste of out time out of the day. Horrible customer service!!! Will never return!!! This store is seriously lacking authority and oversight. And super unhappy Home Depot wasted my valuable time and that I left the store without the smoker !!

The staff are always smiling and helpful, I really enjoy shopping here!

Harry assisted my elderly mother select the correct battery for her fob.He then went above & beyond by making sure it worked before we left the store.

There is NEVER anyone in the Garden shop to help in anyway. It is so frustrating to shop at any HD in Delray due to hiring shortages. Hire and train friendly staff who can direct customers what their looking for in the store. Corporate is foolish to cut staff. Pay more salary train better,

Friday, June 27th I needed to buy a new garbage disposal and shopped at the east Delray Home Depot. Tamara in Customer Service took excellent care of me.

I have been shopping at this store for over a year. I used to be a Loews shopper but have become an HD person due to a few employees at this store who go above and beyond to help. Arnold Cohen in particular has been extremely helpful and guided me through some major projects and hurdled i encountered.

I like this store because it is smaller, yet always had inventory.

I shop frequently at this store for everything from appliances and household maintenance supplies to garden supplies. I always have a positive experience.

I have attempted multiple times to go through customer service to either return an item or ask a question and the people working in there seemed very unhappy and disconnected.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve visited in south Florida very helpful employees wish they were all like this at all locations are visit was very pleasant and we purchased what we needed.

My wife and I purchased a number of appliances that required special orders, which can be time-consuming for the floor personnel assisting. Many details, like hoses and other items needed for installation, need to be taken into consideration. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They helped us get the right items and made sure that the discounts we qualified for were properly applied. We could not be happier with how everything was handled at the store.

Barry helped me with my window needs. (Blinds, etc..). He was FANTASTIC! Helpful, kind & knowledgeable. He even helped me load my vehicle with my purchase. Next time I am in HD I will seek Barry out even if it is just to say "HELLO". He is an asset to the store. HD had everything I needed, and what was not in stock he found it online and we ordered it. NO HASSEL!

It's very important in today's marketplace that a store provide its customers with support, in this catagory HD does a great job and the folks at the East Delray Store in Florida work hard to make this a consistent service. As a Pro Customer I really appreciate the friendly help and personal attention!

I always enter and leave the store through the garden center so I can have an employee ring up my merchandise. When I returned with what I want to buy the cashier said she closed up the register and I have to go inside the store. I was not happy and I absolutely refuse to use self checkout (I am not your employee so therefore I am not your cashier and people need jobs). Your company makes tons of profit so you should supply your store with working employees so that customers get the service they should get). I went to customer service to get checked out there. There was only one person at the time to assist me. She informed me that she was sick. I said to her that she should be home then and not infecting others and she said she couldn't afford to. Then she sneezed and apologized to me. Need I say more? Not a good Home Depot shopping experience.

I went to this Home Depot to purchase a stacked washer/dryer. An employee, Mike Mc was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. This gentleman is definitely the reason I will return to this location again and again. He is a gem and should be recognized as an outstanding employee. I sought out the assistant manager to let him know how pleased I was with Mike.

Love shopping at the Home Depot. I get the guidance to maintain properties in good conditions while investing money in repair products wisely.

Nearly every product is behind a cage and you get herded like cattle through a never ending self checkout. Horrible shopping experience.
