i met a guy who works in the tool department named Joe and I brought in a drill because I do not know how to use it. He taught me everything and explained how to use it very thoroughly without getting agitated. He took more than 20 minutes to explain to me and it was very impressive. I just wanted to say thank you to Joe and Home Depot. GOOD JOB !! HOME DEPOT....YOU SHOULD PROUD..HAD JOE ....

I shop at the Home Depot in Commack for all of my home improvement needs. The staff is very friendly and is able to answer any questions I may have.

IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS AROUND TO ASSIST OR TAKE YOU TO THE CORRECT LOCATION; EVEN GO SO FAR AS TO CHECK ON THEIR WEBITE TO SEE IF THE ITEM IS CARRIED AND IF SO ITS' LOCATION. !!!

IT'S GREAT HAVING A GREETER WHOCAN DIRECT YOU TO THE APPROPRIATE LOCATION, I WENT TO A DIFFERENT STORE AND THERE WAS NO GREETER AND HAD TO SEARCH ON MY OWN.

I am a homeowner here in Commack and have been shopping in the Commack store for years and I am extremely pleased with the level of expertise by many of the regular staff here. I want to commend the folks that work in the Electrical, Plumbing, Paint, Tools, Doors, Wood, and Appliances departments. And I want to recognize the extremely helpful and professional staff at the customer service desk and the cashiers. Each time I shop at this store, I am reminded how many talented individuals work here and how much collective experience they bring. I had the most amazing experience at the Commack Home Depot. Jamie was so helpful and knowledgeable in the Garden Center. She went above and beyond to help me locate a bunch of items that I needed. Great experience! Thanks Jamie!

Shopping at this Home Depot is like being in an old-time store, but with modern amenities. The service help will go out of their way to find what I'm looking for. Two weeks ago I brought my damaged window screen in for repair since there was a sign saying "Screens repaired". Did I give the accommodation person a laugh when she said that meant PC screens, not window screens, but she told me of a local hardware store that probably repaired window screens. That's being a good neighbor and a plus for Home Depot personnel.

Kudos to Home Depot in East Northport/ Commack. Thank you TY for helping to save me lots of money and time on window treatments for my sons bedroom! You even went the extra mile to cut me my custom order even though it was time for your break. Thank you Fred for making me feel like I am capable of some basic plumbing repairs. I got close to doing it myself! Thank you for answering my additional questions too. Praise to the store manager who was working along side her team out on the floor, answering customer questions and doing it with a smile. Nothing like leaders who are in it with their troops. Keep up the great customer service.

The store was clean & organized well. I was politely greeted & then I was lead to my product by a knowledgeable person who explained the product and answered 2 of my questions. I was very impressed!

Excellent service by employees who are well informed and courteous.

Although I very often shop at this location, it is frustrating that the garden center doors to the parking lot close at 7:45 p.m. although the store is open until 10:00 p.m. In the summer, I often shop for plants after work and can't be finished by 7:45. I and many other shoppers must then go to the main registers although our cars are parked in the garden center lot. Otherwise, I am very happy with this location.

Had to go to several different departments and was able to find employees in each department to help me. I was helped quickly and the employees knew the products in their department, and I was able to get in and out of the store quickly on a busy day.
