Store has everything that I need. I’ve never been disappointed. Employees are friendly and helpful. I am in this area quite frequently and always come here.

If you want to be medically safe do not I repeat DO Not go to this store. The people both workers and customers do not understand how to wear a face mask

First and last time at this location. Overall store was large with much of a selection, however, almost all employees, including the woman “assisting “ at the checkout line, were extremely rude. Understood these are difficult times, but please have employees working that are going to make the experience better, not worse. One guy walked away mid sentence as we were asking a question, did not even say you’re welcome after. Checkout line woman was so rude and impatient, shouting at people more than 10 feet away from her and would get annoyed if THEY could not hear her. Not needed.

Especially during these troubled times of Covid19, once the store opened up I felt they were taking careful precautions for the safety of staff and consumers.

In general, almost every time I go to The Home Depot the employees (if seen) are usually looking busy stocking shelves or what ever and not appearing approachable for question asking. I did find an employee in the garden section pushing a heavy cart of bags. There were no prices posted for two different types of bags of dirt. I asked him what the prices were. He guessed one and stated that he did not know the other and kept doing what he was doing. He did not even offer to find out !! NOT GOOD...good luck competing with your competitors !!

During this pandemic, our visit to the store was a bit unusual but I must say the employees of this store made it very comfortable. Trevor, from flooring made our visit quite amazing. He was so very helpful, and our wait time was quick. Thank you so very much. Robert and Irene appreciate you!

I just recently purchased a new grill. Since there were none in stock I purchased the floor model. The associates who helped me, Joe, Heather, and Dee were terrific and they all went out of their way to help me and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I’ve been a customer of this store for many years and with fine people like this working there I will continue to be.

I have been going to this Home Depot since it opened. It has always been convenient. SInce the expansion it is a better, more efficient and much better layout, this is one of my favorite store. Specials and clearance items are on display which helps save time and money. My first choice for my needs. Crew has always been helpful and polite as well as informed.

Home Depot has hit rock bottom. Now you have to show ID to use store credit. They say it's to protect you so no one else can use the card. What if I want to send my spouse, or adult child in to pick up something for me? I can't, I have to go myself. Obviously, using a store credit means you returned something without a receipt and are labeled a thief, you didn't lose your receipt, no, you stole the merchandise and they want to ID you when you make the return and then follow up by ID ing you again when you use the store credit. Honest people don't make returns without a receipt, only criminals do. My opinion, The CEO and staff must all be low life thieves, because it takes one to know one. Honest customers shouldn't have to be inconvenienced because of the actions of dishonest customers. Figure out another way deal with the crooks.
