Went in to purchase a stove and dishwasher. Grace was very helpful and courteous when it came down to choosingbour appliances.

My online order was processed and ready in a timely manner. When I arrived at the store, I went to the customer service counter and told the associate I had an order to pick up, but wanted to look for a few other items. She told me where those items could be found, and asked for my name so she could have my order ready when I returned. She was very friendly and helpful.

Overall very clean environment, excellent help from store associates.

This store is close to home and is well stocked. The people we have dealt with were very helpful, especially Bonnie who seamed most knowledgeable of the stores merchandise.

Major improvement in the last year in associates being attentive to customers

I can't stand all those pushy vendors outside the entrance trying to sell their solar heating panels, counter tops or whatever. They get right up in your face to make unsolicited sales pitches. If I want information about their product or service, I will approach them. Otherwise, leave the customers alone as they enter and exit the store.

The worst service ever in the East Palmdale store, waited so long to get help called for a manager and he acted like he didn't wont to help but had too. Worst customer service ever NOTE: IF YOU BUY SOMETHING IN THE EAST PALMDALE STORE, IT'S HARD TO TAKE BACK TO THE WEST PALMDALE STORE....WILL GIVE YOU A HARD TIME HAD TO CALL MANAGER AND HAD THE RECEIPT.....WOW

Easy to find products good prices and kindly personal

I needed to pick out oversize lumber,and have it held until I could rent the truck and deliver it to my home. Jose in truck rental,and Crystal at the ProDesk went above and beyond in helping me set this up. Because of their devotion,and attention to detail,I was able to deliver my lumber and save money on the rental.

I can always find an associated for help, but haven't had a need since i started using the app. Also seems there's a lot more cashiers to take my money now a days.

the store is very clean and organize i go there every day i like it.

Don't get me wrong I like the Home Depot store, What makes me sad for them is the fact that the overall customer service has all but gone away. If you are lucky enough to find an associate and make eye contact the all to often don't know the answer to your question or it's not there department and they page someone for you they leave you waiting and that someone never shows up. Please Home Depot bring your first class customer service back to your store!

when at the store and need help ask for Mr. Pantoja he is a hard and worker who enjoys helping the customers, customers always come first with him and he is very polite. I strongly recommend him
