This store had everything I needed. I needed a quantity of 8 lock sets alike and they had them. Renn keyed all 8 alike, he was most helpful and friendly. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help me.

I utilize this Home Depot quite frequently, With my job being contracting and needing supplies I’m always needing some little part that was forgot somewhere. With this store in particular they are sometimes out of popular items, to be fair it is a very busy store due to Location. The only other small thing would be the lack of attention to the restrooms, there always stocked with essentials like toilet paper and hand soap. But cleaning is lacking. Besides those very small thing's! I do have a decent shopping experience nearly every time ! And they definitely make it easy to find the deals .

Staff Customer Service was excellent! Throughout the whole shopping experience. Treated with dignity and respect from the time I walked in and waited on with such courtesy through check out. I will be shopping at this Home Depot over any other store in my area. Travel the extra miles for the shopping experience.

When the staff is welcoming, friendly and willing to help, makes me want to shop here again and again even though it is a far drive for me. This home depot was excellent!

If you have a bad experience please go back and allow them to fix it. They don’t want to lose you as a customer as you don’t want to drive clear across the country to go to a different store.

I've always had great help and patience with employees understanding what I need because at times I lack explaining the technical expertise of what I'm looking for.

This store is near Victory Drive. Traffic and parking are always an issue. I wish the store would relocate to a better location.

Every employee, especially in the lumber section, and checkout area we have dealt with in the last several months has been nothing but amazing! Everyone is always eager to help and checkout is like a breath of fresh air with all the friendly personalities! The best part is seeing the smiles on the employees' faces from the moment you enter the store until you leave. It's rare to see that at any business these days. Thank you for showing kindness to the rest of the world. It doesn't go unnoticed and is very appreciated.

Lanes in store were labeled, needs were easy to find.

While shopping for a battery powered tool i asked for help and the young lady who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The exact product that I wanted wasn,t in stock so she provided me the opportunity to purchase the next level up at the same price. Excellent service, excellent problem solving.

Appliance specialist, Carol Wilson was most helpful today. I first called the store b/c I was confused about some web information. My refrigerator broke down and I needed to buy a new one. She was so attentive to my situation. She listened to my concerns, asked me specifics about what I was looking for. She checked the inventory, called me back with info about different models. When I got to the store she was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. She was patient with my many many questions and helped me through every stage of the purchase. I would absolutely refer her! It the type of customer service that I received today that will keep me coming to Home Depot FIRST over it's competitors in our community.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out Ms. Carol went above and beyond for me. I Cannot say enough!

I paid for pine straw & had to get a refund because they could not manage to produce anyone to pull it from the trailer for me. PATHETIC!!!

FIND THINGS HERE THAT I CAN'T FIND AT OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES

Me, my husband and my mom went shopping for a real Christmas tree. When we went in to pay and get other items it was very busy and crowded yet it was a welcoming pleasure to look around talk to other shoppers, see the Christmas decorations and get the red carpet experience from Kayla the employee we will definitely come back.

We shop here frequently and we have never ran into an issue with merchandise or with staff.

This store is a great place to go if you want to cultivate an anger problem. If you werent annoyed and having a bad day, this place will make that happen for you. Items out of stock, items in stock but missing, employees missing, registers broken, everything is dirty, the bathroom looks like gorillas live there and more. If you make the mistake of asking an employee to assist you, get ready to be treated like you kicked their dog and called their mother a degenerate. There are a few polite people who work herr but they are few and far between. Good luck

I bought a 1 1/2" Plastic wing nut test plug for a metal pipe that measured 1 3/4" on the E.D. The plug fit great and was tight and secure when I was done with it. It was easy to install, easy to use and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Bought a Door Guard 4" safety sleeve to repair a broken door. Door measures 1-3/8th" so I bought the corresponding sleeve. After repairing the door, I sanded it a little and the sleeve fit like a glove. Was easy to install and looked good as well.

Love seeing a team work together to get a job done I came with questions and they worked quickly to assist me and give me answers i needed to get my job done

On this particular Sunday, I was thrilled that the store was open late in the afternoon and had, in stock, just what I needed. Thankful for available stock to suit my needs. Keep up the great work!!

I normally receive great customer service from this location, but today the cashier at the pro service check out was not being the best representative for the Home Depot. She was rude and short with me and literally every time she had to punch in my nuts and bolts purchase would exclaim how angry and annoyed she was with having to check in every single nut and bolt. And that she have to do it 9 times. Which I’m not a monster I understand that that is a frustratingly tedious process. But after the second time it’s just over kill. But aside from that the selection was great and the associates at the return area were great
