Best HD store I have ever walked in to. Leadership, presentation, assistance are all awesome day after day, month after month, year after year. I go out of my way to shop at this location, and will continue to do so.

I like the east Vancouver store because it always has a good selection of popular, fast moving items, e.g., fir strips, 6' cedar boards, 2 x 6 cedar deck boards, pavers, etc.. The rental department is pretty decent too. They carry just about everything you need to do a wide range of major jobs both inside and outside the house.

Great Shopping experience. Super Clean and very organized store . I was able to find the products I was looking for very easily. Employees were friendly and kind when I needed help. Very pleased! I will tell all my friends and family what a great place this is! Thankyou!

I have been in several Home Depot Stores and this store has the most friendliest, attentive employees. They know their products and the resources to help their customers. They truly are happy to help in any way they can. Always organized and clean.

Employees and managers are always friendly and offer good customer service. I have had at least two occasions when the manager lowered price on an items in the interest of great customer service!

Love this Home Depot! Really awesome, helpful staff. I had two different employees today make my trip so quick and easy! First Ken told me exactly which isle and exactly where to look for a product I hadn’t even heard of (after being sent blindly by my husband). Then a great gal named Jess walked me through the store to help me find 4 other things I couldn’t pronounce, all the while we had a great chat and laughs. I’ll come back just to visit! All aside, exceptionally great customer service and they carried everything on my list.

For flooring needs see David and or Maria . They were both great help in getting us new flooring and getting it installed.

I love this store. Always clean and put together. Logically laid out and easy to find what I need, especially when I use the mobile app to shop before I get there. The map in the app always matches the store. Never have a hard time finding someone to help me, but alternately I'm never bugged when I don't need help. Perfect balance.

If you need appliances go visit Jim Dodson - he knows his stuff! He was very helpful at answering all our questions and helping guide us through buying a fridge and washer/dryer. He also remembered us when we came back a week later to make our final decision. No pushy sales tactics, just helpful and informative. Great employees make the difference and he's one of them!

STORE EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. STOCK SELECTIONS AND QUANTITIES CAN BE LIMITED. STORE IS WELL KEPT. IF STORE IS BUSY, WHICH IT USUALLY IS, MAIN AISLES CAN BE CROWDED. CASHIERS ARE EFFICIENT.

This store has some amazing employees. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the help needed, provide great insights on projects and are cheerful and kind to top it off.
