We needed to buy quite a bit of wood for a deck and cover. The store associates were very helpful in loading our truck for us.

Needed to talk to an associate about an additional product/service for a shed that will be delivered in October. Associate was helpful and friendly. Check out process was easy and an email receipt sent promptly.

This stores employees have been the most helpful people i've come across in the paint area. I've had many questions, and they've kindly answered all 10,001 of them. I had a paint match, and they took their time and made sure it was correct for me... BEFORE i left the store.

If you have a chance to go by the East Vancouver Home Depot ask for Katherlyn in you need help with blinds. She is totally Awesome!!!!.

Besides getting help from Saia, I was able to get immediate help to load my items into my car by a helpful and friendly associate. Sorry, I didn't get his name. Thank you!

I just brought a brand new house and needed a few things. I went down to Home Depot for some Blinds and got some help froml Katherlyn. She is awesome. Katherlyn (Kat) had to cut the blinds in order to fit my windows. They turned out perfect. If you need any help with windows , I suggest go see Kat at the E. Vancouver store on Mill Plain & 192nd. I am very happy.

Return service was very prompt and helpful, incl. unloading of tile from auto and processing return credit.

The two clerks I dealt with were exremely helpful and friendly. I had returned a large purchase and was treated promptly and pleasantly as well as when I continued my shopping in the garden/lawn area. Will definitely continue to use Home Depot for my home repair etc. needs.

I normally have a good experience at Home Depot. First and only time I have encountered this type of personel while visiting your store. Had I not had good previous visits, I don't think I would care to visit your store after dealing with Sherie. I found her to be rude, and lacking in customer appeal. Hopefully next time I visit, I won't be placed in a position to deal with her on future visits to your store.

I purchased blinds and had them cut while in the store. One of the cords was cut during this process. Julie W took time out of her personal schedule to go to another store and pick up a replacement set of blinds for me. She brought them back to her store and cut them to my size and had them ready to pick up when I came back in. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays and needs to be recognized. Many thanks to her and I will be returning to this location for my future needs.

Cedar lumber in limited supply and most good boards were picked over. Several cracked and warped boards remaining.

Troy Batten at the pro desk is fantastic helping me with the plans and material I would need to build my deck. Very honest person didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Thank you Troy.

I waited for someone to help me load a 50lb bag of sand and a bunch of paving stones and after 3 times paging still no one came to help. The clerk even contacted management and still no one came so I loaded it myself. Not good at all.

Kathy at the pro desk was very helpful with letting me know how much material i needed for the deck I'm planing to build. Cashier was very friendly.

Of all the Home Depots I've been to, this one is my favorite. It isn't always easy to find an associate when I'm going through the aisles (especially the garden area), but when I do they are always smiling, helpful and full of ideas. It really helps when an associate has good tips regarding landscaping, painting or fixes around the house.

The store associate was "very" knowledgeable and helpful. I virtually had no problem or part shortages putting in my sprinkler system!

It was easy to park near the door.and find what I wanted. Someone was available to load the heavy items on a cart and put them in my van.

The variety of products and the friendliness of associates at this store makes it an ease to shop for home improvement products at this store. And it's not far from my home.

Associates are available in paint, appliances, flooring and garden areas. Difficult to find associates in lumber area.

This is the second time we have been in there and asked for an associates help and gotten rude responses.

I was in need of roofing shingles and needed them delivered onto our roof rather than just in our driveway. After calling and speaking with Catherine in the special services and deliveries department I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it would be. She was able to answer all of the questions and was very knowledgeable about everything. The next day I was able to call and order what I needed and worked with Catherine again, we realized we couldn't finish over the phone so she changed her lunch schedule to accommodate when I could make it to the store to finish the order. When I got there everything was ready to go and all I needed to do was pay. She even assisted me with activating my Home Depot Project Loan card even though it wasn't her responsibility. Thank you for creating such an easy pleasant experience.

My overall experience was good, sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The appliance section could have been better staffed for an appliance sales event.
