I shop this location often due to its close vicinity. The folks are always polite and they stock most of what I need. I sometimes wish they had a little more stock like the Hamilton location.

Because the store is smaller then the Hamilton, many times limited stock or shows available but if low supply not where it should be because system not updated

I found the staff at the store to be very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well orgainzed.

This store is very convenient, smaller then next closest location, however in many cases items shown as available in the store on line simply don’t exist in the store. My opinion not the result of staff, simply a computer issue that’s not updated as it should when items are possibly returned and should be placed back in stock if unopened.

They lack knowledge Yiu can even accept information but totally ignorant but manning the section ? Ended up buying a wrong type of electrical and had to go back and now not only my time was wasted ( who compensates for the time lost) but have to wait for the credit to be appear They are quick to charge but slow to give credit I miss my local hardware stores

Bought 3 appliances on sale at this store and the service and attention received from Ati and his associates in the appliance section was the best. We went to four additional appliance stores shopping and we came back to him because of his service and demeanor. We found everyone there super friendly and helpful.

I needed to get more paint for an important project at my job. Steven from the paint department was able to assist me with finding the correct shade of purple without knowing the number. I appreciate the time he took to help me figure it out and plan to come back whenever my job requires paint.

My wife and I went into the Home Depot today in East Windsor New Jersey for a problem we were having with a shade that we originaly purchased at that store. We are in that particular East windsor store quite often. The people who work there are just wonderful and always very helpful. Stacey helped us today and she was very knowledgeable on the problem with the shade and replaced the shade free of charge. This is why we purchased our new windows and many many other products from the Home Depot. Thank you again Stacey for helping us today. Have a great evening. Linda and Tony.

My husband and I took back a Christmas tree that was a few years old because one of the branches was out of the pre lit tree. The Assistant Manager Mahnoor was quick to approve the return the tree. We brought it back and Torrye continued the return per Mahnoor. Not at any time was there a problem returning. This is one reason we frequent this store, It is always a positive experience.

The folks here were al super helpful! Especially Torrey and Lynn!

I am always pleased to shop at this store.

I am really amazed by the customer service that Bob from Plumbing provided when I went to Home Depot looking for replacement shower stems. Bob did not just sell me parts. He explained to me what tool to use to reassemble the new stems with the old handles and demonstrated how to do it. Once back at home I just had to screw everything in place and my shower is no longer leaking. I would never have been able to do it so easily without the help of Bob.

The three young men in the appliance department were very helpful. Thank you guys

If you ever need help in the gardening area, inside or out, look for Joe in gardening. He was very helpful and quite knowledgeable.

I went shopping at the East Windsor location of Home Depot on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. I received excellent assistance from multiple employees, and I would like to express my appreciation for their support. I am especially grateful to Ron, Hakeem, Chris, and Robbert for their extensive knowledge and professionalism. They provided valuable advice on completing my project successfully and recommended the appropriate materials. I followed their suggestions and successfully finished my project. Additionally, I would like to thank Jody and Libby for their assistance in locating my items and helping me with my coupon. I am truly grateful for all of their help. Home Depot is the ultimate destination for shopping and learning, and I highly recommend it.

The East Windsor Home Depot is close by from my home. Their staff is very helpful & they have all the home improvement products at the right prices. Even the return services are quick. I fully recommend this store for all home improvement products. Thank you Home Depot.

I needed a power tool from hardware and Fred helped me out. Gave me a discount as the tool I needed was the last one available and had an open box. Top notch associates at the east Windsor Home Depot. Keep up the good work.

ordered doors over a month ago and finally found a wonderful salesperson Joe who helped over and above the "call of duty"

It is extremely convenient for me and I pass this store on my regular route of errands. I buy all my house and garden items at this store, because I know the layout of the store and there are several salespeople who are more than willing to help. On this particular trip, I needed to match some paint and Aiden and Estiven went very much out of the way to accommodate me. Also, very pleasant and courteous as well. I went back a few days later to match another color, and Russ and Ash helped me.

My dad and I have been going to Home Depot frequently to get supplies to redo the kitchen. Most of the time we see Alyssa, a staff member, there and she makes our experiences even better. She always has a positive attitude towards other staff and customers. The positive staff is why we continue to come back to this Home Depot. They always have everything we need for our projects also.

Horrible customer service. Horrible products put on the shelves for resale. Buyer beware. I literally had to go through each box of tile to ensure all were in “new” condition. Brought to stores attention and they could care less. Then, when having to order products from other stores (due to lack of quality product in East Windsor), am told I can’t use store credit (that was issued based on returning cracked tile received in store); my mistake for expecting when I buy something sealed, it will be in new condition. Lesson learned.

HD contracts with a 3rd party to deliver appliances. These guys are nothing more than delivery people who are not trained to install appliances. They will gripe about doing the work, and if they do happen to decide they can install, they will break your refrigerator or dishwasher in the process, therefore voiding your warranty, then the store says it's not their fault because they didn't do it. It's a nightmare.

I bought a dishwasher. They came twice with dishwasher and still did not install it. 1st time they said a plumber needs to come and change smth, their plumber fixed the issue. Second time they did not bring what plumber recommended (acusing me if not byuing it myself although i called the store and notified them and they said they include it in their notes), also the dishwasher was damaged ( i was told it is because i did not accept it the first time and that it had to go back to storage and thats how it happened). Talked to East Windsor store supervisor who coldly told me - they might not even be able to install it since we need a longer hose. Waiting fir resolution! The plumber disconnected the old hose, now the old dishwasher cannot be used.

VERY HAPPY TO HAVE PICKED THIS STORE FOR MY NEEDS
