poor attitude from sales customer representative

Wonderful experience today buying a Christmas tree. Joe L. did a great job trimming the trunk to our specifications then spent quite a long time helping us to secure it to the car roof. Thanks to the fabulous employees at Home Depot in East Windsor!

the East Windsor Home Depot is a great place to shop. Good quality merchandise at good prices make for a good combination of features. Even though some of the other HD stores are larger or may have greater arrays of particular merchandise, the East Windsor store is always a good choice for tools, lumber, electrical needs and lighting, and gardening supplies. A good and friendly staff makes shopping here a positive experience.

I had two cashiers at checkout and neither one said hello, or thank you when we were done. We were also charged twice for an item. I brought it to her attention, but she said that it wasn’t double scanned. After paying for my order, I saw that it was. I had to then go to customer service for a refund.

The store is booming. Great friendly service. My experience with a particular employee Pooh was outstanding. She took the time to stop what work she was doing to help me find what I needed. Thank you

If you need it, they have it! Especially if you are not sure what you want but just feel not walking around looking at all the displays. Everything easy to find and get and helpful employees to ask questions they respond to with answers you can understand. A really great store I hope stays around for a long time!

Associate Mark in hardware was extremely polite and helpful. I was in a rush and he had me in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

Very good store

Worried about COVID? Stay away from this store. To start, the employees here are terrific, & the store is clean & well organized. My criticism doesn’t apply to them, but to management or corporate HQ. The precautions for COVID-19 are terrible. Among the worst I’ve seen. A main entrance is blocked off so customers are funneled into a narrow corridor. The aisles are narrower than most Home Depot’s, but still have display items and storage carts that clogged them up. The worst aspect is they only run 1-2 checkouts, causing aisle-length, 20 minute-long lines w/ little distance between customers. Apart from the dangers of spreading coronavirus, this also poses fire and life safety issues, as you literally cannot leave the line unless the people around you leave first. I’m a healthcare facility manager & have been dealing with the pandemic for months, & seeing this store was incredibly disheartening & infuriating.

The store greeter, Nunnsiata, knew exactly which aisle I could find the product I was looking for and walked me over. Very helpful and pleasant. I was in and out. Thank you.

I wish Loews would open a store in East Windsor.

I would recommend this store but only after they address their customer service issues. Employees should be well trained to treat every guest as if they were someone from the home office!

The kids craft days (1st Saturday I think) are enormously popular, and though my kids are too old, I think it's great PR.

Worst experience ever at a home depot. Drove an hour to get a 7ft by 7 ft shed. Arrived early, a but still four hours after ordering my same-day pickup item. Was given a lecture from the "Customer service representative" . Then she called the people in the back of the store and informed me that they might be able to get me the item I that already paid for, and was just there to pick up. When they arrived at the service desk they brought up the wrong shed, so then I waited again for them to bring the correct one. While waiting I grabbed a pot to plant a flower in . Finally they brought the correct shed. Now mind you I am a 5-foot 2 in tall woman. The courtesy lady threw the paperwork at me. Then told me if I wanted to pay for my pot I would have to go down to the checkout line and check out again. Then everyone left me with my 7 foot by 7 foot shed!! No one would help me drag it out to my trailer. When I asked a man that was wearing a Home Depot apron if he would help me he informed me that he wouldn't lift it and he would have to call someone on the radio to help me. I said w"those people just walked away" with that I had to drag the 7-foot shed out of the building by myself as I was leaving the nice lady at the door said to me " if you push it it might be easier" and still no one offered to help. Worst experience at a Home Depot ever.

This East Windsor Home Depot is doing an excellent job of creating as virus free an environment as possible. I would not hesitate to visit them again.

Most of cashiers are very RUDE. Some exceptional employees like one in pluming , one in building materials and younger cashiers, and almost all the assistant mangers and store manger make me feel to go back to this store. more experience cashiers are super RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONALS. younders are polite and care. Some of employees are really lazy and customer service full time staffs except one not friendly and super rude. long waits for me for my orders. I recommand the product not the shopping experience.

Helping staff nice small store

I found what I was looking for with the help of two employees who were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and neat.

This Home Depot is a little bit on the quiet side which I prefer and the staff (Joe in Gardening specifically) go out of their way to help you and find what you need.... even if you’ve give up!

Horrible customer service. Unfairly targeted a customer using discriminatory practices and assumptions. Weak response from store management. Highly disappointed in this shopping experience. Kim (cashier) and Jenn (asst. mgr.) need additional training in serving all customers equally and meeting the needs of customers.
