If you want "short" "rude" answers to questions on products in paint and driveway sealants ask for the manager of the day. While no reason was offered I was just told that the paint dept could not stir the sealant from building material even though they are of the same type containers?

The in-store experience was one of if not the best experiences I've had in a long time. I new what I wanted before I arrived by utilizing the Homedepot.com web site and on arriving I walked in, and there sat the Cub Cadet riding mower that I wanted and right next to it the most helpful and friendly costumer service associate. He help me with all of my question about the product and then help with loading it into our trailer. A+ no doubt. Thank You

My initial reason to visit Home Depot was to purchase something for crab grass. In wondering around I decided to purchase a small vertical storage item in the garden area. I asked one of the associates for help in getting the box on the cart and asked if he could help me getting it in the car. With no hesitation he said "sure". He then requested the help of another associate who also didn't hesitate the help. They tied the item to the top of my car ensuring it was secure I have ALWAYS found the associates at this store to be friendly and willing to help without hesitation.

I had to go to another store to buy the automatic gate closer I was looking for. I wasted my time and gas running from store to store to get a simple product. I had already bought the hinges and wood to construct the gate from this Home Depot

The isles were clear, clean and easy to find product.

Late on a Sunday afternoon in June, I got a lot of great help at Home Depot in Easton. I had picked my products online (retaining wall stones) but I wanted to see them in store to check the color pattern was what I expected. While I was there, the first associate I met helped me count them out and load up a pallet for me. Then he added a second set on there, for a total of 90 stones - saved my back and some time. They also found some bags of sand for me that were not broken and brought them to me on a cart. They went with me with the forklift and cart, out to the parking lot while I brought my trailer up, then stayed until all 90 stones were loaded and locked in. Wouldn't even accept a tip at the end for all the time and trouble they saved me. I was very happy with the quality and quantity of the available products, the friendliness of the associates, and the time they spent with me from start to finish to make sure I had what I needed and was on my way.

I am a DIY person and I love shopping at Home Depot for my many ideas and inspirations.

this store is always clean and bright and they have all the safety devices in place when they have to load shelves when the customers are there. The store associates always greet us personally even though we only come in Monthly

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN. THE ASSOCIATE IN THE NURSERY WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH FINDING TO STAKES I NEEDED FOR MY LILIES. I THEN WENT TO THE PAINT DEPARTMENT AND THE ASSOCIATE FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN THE AISLE. ANOTHER ASSOCIATE HELPED ME TO FIND THE HINGES I NEEDED. AND THE LAST THING I NEEDED WAS A PIECE OF 4X4 1/2" PLYWOOD. HE FOUND IT AND PUT IT ON THE CART FOR ME. WHEN I TRIED TO PUT THE PLYWOOD IN THE CAR, IT WOULDN'T FIT. I WAS GOING TO RETURN IT AND SEND MY SON FOR THE PLYWOOD. THEN ONE OF YOUR ASSOCIATES THAT WAS COLLECTING CARTS ASKED IF HE COULD HELP. HE PUT THE PLYWOOD ON THE LUGGAGE RACK AND TIED IT DOWN SO SECURELY, I COULD DRIVE FROM THE EASTON STORE TO MY HOME IN WIND GAP. IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE HELP FROM THE ASSOCIATES.

This store has great service and I always find what I need. I recently had a terrible experience with an associate and it has discouraged me from wanting to shop there again. She used poor judgment and was inappropriate at handling my concern. I left there feeling humiliated and extremely embarrassed. IF not in place already, I recommend that the associates be trained more frequently in handling customers and customer relations. I am a frequent shopper at this store and I refuse to have to experience this treatment ever again.

John from plumbing, and the Hispanic electrician , am sorry I forgot his name, they really go above and behind there job, to explain how to do the job and give you all the parts needed to accomplish the job with less effort, also several other guys form lumber also helped me a lot during my visits th this home depot, I will next time write down there name to give them the thank you they deserve, over all thank you for great employees.

I always visit this location, several times a week for various Home Improvement projects. Every Associate I encounter is always, professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I know some of them by name and I never feel like I am a burden, but that my service and patronage is greatly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work and Pride in your store.

I was very happy with my shopping experience at The Home Depot Store in Easton, PA. There is always lots of store associates to help with locating needed items, to answer any questions and to even help load your car if needed. I always find whatever it is I am looking for and more. I highly recommend this store.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Found everything we needed quite easily after being informed by staff what aisles to loo in.

Lesley in the appliance department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If she didn't know the answer she knew where to find it. She made our shopping experience a breeze, which is no easy feat with a cranky 3 year old in tow. Great Job Easton and thank you Lesley!
