How nice to be greeted with a smile and thanked for shopping. It’s the second time this month I shopped here and was pleasantly greeted. And the greeter went outside and brought me a cart and a couple extra for incoming shoppers. Congrats on this service and the knowledgeable employees.

She started to yell at me and wanted to fight. Ridiculous little Home Depot staff.

I purchase a lot of my construction equipment from here.

Price on LG wash tower was the best and extended warranty from HOME depot was great. They even offer to return part of the cost if warranty is not used within the time frame.

THE KINDNESS (ESPECIALLY SAMANTHA) OF THREE HOME DEPOT WOMEN STAFF MEMBERS WAS OUTSTANDING.

Because of one employee (Sam or similar sounding name) in the customer service area who was knowledge, professional and polite; I have a great respect for having been placing an order for 6 tons of wood pellets for delivery. Thank you

My Husband and I have been customers for years . We have purchased many large ticketed items. We love Home Depot. We were there on Sun. and Peter Romano in Lumber waited on us. What a great guy. He cut our lumber to the specified measurements. He even answered my question about styrofoam tiles that were on the floor that are used for wet basements. Your Team Members are trained correctly. Very helpful and courteous!!!! Would not think of shopping anywhere else. Kudos to all of the Home Depot employees for a job well done!!

I live 3 miles from this store but often choose to shop at the Phillipsburg NJ store which is 3x as far, and I have to cross into NJ and pay till because they are more well stocked. I opted to shop at the Easton store this time against my better judgement to make another one of my countless $500 dollar purchases (I usually wait to get the promo 11 month interest free flyers). I have spent well over $120k at several different Home Depot’s and don’t expect flower petals to be thrown down when I shop where I walk, I don’t need a greeting or a thank you (although that would be nice) but at least help me locate what I’m looking for. I went I to buy $500 worth of items and I spent over and hr, with 5 different employees walking around the store 4x, with 2 kids (and that is no exaggeration) until I lost my patience at the self checkout isle and ran into an employee names Zane. Despite having to tend to his area (self checkout). He immediately requested managerial assistance, located an item that was confirmed by (2) separate employees that showed 31 in stock who were unable to locate the item. He insisted I keep shopping knowing I had more items to get before the store closed at 8 pm and he assured me he would leave the item at the customer service desk. When I went back and stopped at the customer service desk before finally checking out, the item was sitting there. Thanks a lot Zane! If more people in the world to simply do their job, not even go above and beyond, but simply their job, it would be a better place. Wishing you nothing but success Zane, thanks bro!

Need to improve customer service

My son was working on his Eagle project everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful with him made all the work so enjoyable. Great staff

Sinthya is an amazing person who works at the customer service counter- she is an angel who helped me get the supplies I needed to repair my home after a house fire. She was patient and positive the entire time and never gave up when my online order had been cancelled 2x's. She went above and beyond to help me and she remembered my name when I arrived at the store after only having a few conversations over the phone. Thank you Sinthya for all you endure everyday. I hope I am able to put a smile on your face as you have to mine.

My husband and I had the worst experience ever. Erin from the door dept assisted us but completely dropped the ball when it came to having our purchase ready for pick up by our contractor. My husband had to go to another Home Depot store to get the other part of a door we purchased. He was charged again and it has all been si bad.

Dave L. in kitchens is EXCELLENT! Expert advice and guidance for planning and ordering your kitchen! I would recommend him to anyone.

Most associates are always helpful and pleasant.

Everyone at this location is super friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Products are very easy to find and prices are displayed properly.

All employees are friendly and professtional, but I need to say maxwell was great, you don't see that too much in a younger employee, I hope you give him the credit he deserves.

Can find what I need 90% of the time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are great, and the store is well lit, clean, and easy to navigate.
