We bought a washing machine. HD had several to choose from, all priced right with Black Friday discounts. Buying the unit was super painless, but I had to come back later in the day to pick it up. It was snowing, and not a single soul offered to help me load the machine. Not a big deal since washers are light, but c'mon. How about a tiny amount of service after the sale?

Store is clean and employees are usually very friendly and helpful.

All aspects of our shopping experience were disappointing. We were buying items we hadn’t bought before so we sought out assistance only to be ignored then used self checkout to buy $500 work of items. Won’t shop there again.

I go the extra few miles to this store instead of the store nearest me. The employees are by far more friendly and helpful.

Products are great, but mostly I shop this store because the associates are helpful and friendly. I would say the same for the Home Depot further from my home.

I always find exactly what I need and the people who work there are knowledgeable and polite.

Marts ability to figure out an (I thought impossible) hard situation was simply genius. If you need paint find Mart!!

We are in the process of moving to a new house that needs a lot of work. It has been a physically and financially demanding process. Robb in appliances and Ian the supervisor really helped us out. Their help and attention to detail made our purchase go smoothly. They got us everything we needed and helped us figure out financing we could afford. Thank you so much!

I ordered several thousand dollars worth of custom blinds which had to be delivered. I had an old address in the system. We changed it at the time of the order. My paperwork showed the proper address. However, they sent the measurement guy to the former address. I called the store and they assured me the system had the right address. Then they sent my blinds to the former house after talking to the store and installer. I had to go get the blinds from the other location and bring them to my home, although I paid for delivery. I again called the store they said they don’t know where the order got connected to the old address. Their system showed my new address. Guess where they sent the installer. Yep, the old address. Fortunately, he called me before arrival and I was able to give him the correct address. Glad they didn’t have the ghost address from the house I have in TX that I sold in early 2020. They would have been quite the delay because I’m sure those blinds “would never have arrived” and would have to been remade.

There were no registers open, so I was forced to use self checkout. The associate monitoring the self checkout area was a rude and arrogant person. It was apparent they didn't like their job, and certainly didn't have people skills or just chose not to use them that day. I was the wrong person to provide poor customer service to. I was in a hurry to finish a job or I would have confronted the manager about this employees attitude.

I bought a new front door. The man in doors was pleasant and helpful. He loaded my door and walked me to register and thanked me. Corbin was the employee who went above and beyond in this horribly hot and humid weather. He loaded my door into truck bed by himself( no small feat) and strapped it down with my ratchet straps, which gave him a little fight and was dripping wet from the heat. He could not have been more pleasant and turned out he lives in the same subdivision as me and even knew some friends of mine! Great employee!

I just purchased a new Weber Grill for my home. Home Depot assembled and delivered the grill in the same week. Looks great and is in top working order. Thank you to all who made this possible.

The outdoor furniture we got is great. The price was reasonable and ready available. The customer service was exceptional, with very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient people on the outdoor/garden area and customer service desk.

They need to leave the aisles open. Don’t even think you are getting through that store with anything of size. Don’t expect help with loading a cart, I’ve found other shoppers-I help them, they help me. I was in the lumber area, couldn’t find a cart that wasn’t full of merchandise. I went all the way to the garden area to find an open cart.

I have no idea what employees are paid at Home depot, but I suspect they have very little product training. YES, they know where things are, but not what things are for.

Price to quality value is great.

Your selection and display of bathroom vanity tops needs serious help . The store needs to display tops along with the vanity’s !

I ordered about 6 weeks ago and when it arrived at the store they said they called but then they cancelled. I reordered and prepaid. This box came into the store and the installer delivered it. But there was no door inthe box only a glass. The third order arrived and was delivered to the house but was two inchs too short. The installer measured the wrong door. I accepted the door anyway. Get it done. When installed there was no bottom door sweep. The installer said he would go to the store see if it was there. No word yet but it’s only been 3 days since install. The final product is still a bit short but probably not noticed. Looks fine and works fine. Whew!!

We went to buy a fridge in the store. Angie was the bomb and worked with us for about 45 minutes to a complete order. Ashlee was also very helpful. They both were extremely courteous and Angie had great tenacity to figure out the ordering issue! Great place for these two ladies at the front desk!

We purchased a new front door and a new garage door.Everyone was over the top helping.

I worked with Paul to order decking materials. He was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I’ve worked with others at the Pro Desk as well and they are all great. Thank you all!

We purchased vinyl hand railing for our 24’x24’ deck and 16x4’ walkway for our dock/deck. We are very comfortable with the pricing. Our pro specialist and advisor Mr. Corbin Cseak was extraordinarily courteous and helped us till we made the purchase. He is an excellent employee and Home Depot should be proud of him.

The toughest part is getting out of the parking at times, other than that, all the staff have there pants pulled up, some still wear mask, bathrooms smell clean and the parking lot always has great plant deals...

I have purchased many items from this Home Depot in the last several months. From laminate flooring to gutter guards. I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I can always count on Home Depot to have competetive prices as well.

As always, the service at this jo.e depot is outstanding. No one contractor choose home depot. My cashier Dorothy was friendly and porcessio sl.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for. The young lady stocking outside in lawn and garden asked if she could help me find something, and gave me the exact location to find it! Outstanding 🙂

I don't shop at Home Depot that often, but everytime I have been in this store the atmosphere is great. The employees are eager to help and are very friendly. The store is hospital clean and very organized. The cashier Georgia was so nice and made me feel welcome.

The young man who helped me in paints was exceptional. He offered a promotion yo help my budgeting walked me yo the isn't counter with my items. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I will return to this store because of the strong customer service from all employees
