I shop at a number of home centers in several states. I feel that this location is lacking in customer service. Sales associates could use some additional training on the department which they work in.

Went to the store with measurements to make a frame - had all the measurement and the gentlemen in the lumber area Gary/Greg (sorry should have wrote it down) was AWESOME! He cut the wood and assisted with everything else needed - he also put the mending plates on for me - took him a few mins where it wold have probably take me for forever. Like to try to be handy so definitely will be go back to this Home Depot!

Recently purchased an over-the-range microwave from the EHT store. I was offered wonderful assistance while in the store. I only had ONE major problem and it was with the delivery. The men who came to deliver and install the product left with the instruction booklet, which included the warranty registration information. I called, and then had to go back to the store about this. I had to get a "print out" version of the instructions. I wish there has been a way to get the original booklet mailed to me. When paying almost $500 for a product, it seems there should be a way to obtain an original booklet, especially since this was the fault of the delivery men.

Every employee was friendly and actually wanted to help me with my project.

My husband and I purchased a vacation home in Atlantic City and we needed a Home Depot, We are so happy we found this store. Everyone is so so friendly, we are from North Jersey and our Home Depot doesn't compare to this one............we love it

Not only do I receive assistance when needed, (which is most visits), I accidentally forgot my phone at the cashiers. The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I was notified about my mistake, so that I could get my phone back in a timely manner. Much appreciated!!

Great overall selection of gardening equipment and supplies. outdoor planting shrubs and trees were abundant and healthy. knowledgeable staff were helpful without having to hunt someone down, plenty of help available! spring special pricing was far superior to competing stores.

Jameelah (customer service desk) went out of her way to assist me, and other customers as well. She was on fire helping people left and right, and her attitude was incredible. Unfortunately, I'm used to sub-par customer service after living in NJ for over 2 decades. However, Jameelah left me speechless. She is definitely an asset to the Home Depot.

This visit was for matching paint and purchasing same. Sam was very helpful. The paint matched ! I am in the process of getting my home ready for sale as time has come for me to move to warmer temps in Florida. I have to say this. All the years sine this store opened, I've never had a bad experience. I've purchased Garage doors, cabinetry, some plumbing, lumber, seasonal and electrical. Always, someone around to help me out and in some cases "teach" me the proper way to do something. On occasion, an associate was not sure of an answer, yet they would go and get the right answer for me. So, this store is great and its location can't be any better for me...less than a mile !! Thanks everyone.

I needed a truck to move my daughter into her apt. And was surprised to find out that I could rent one at Home Depot. It was so easy. The sales associate was very friendly and efficient. The truck was in good condition and everything went as planned. Thank you! I will definitely be using rental services again!

Always have everything I need here and easy to find !!

This store is always well organized, clean and usually always has the products I need. I always use Glidden or Behr paint, can't beat these paints, Beautiful results time after time.

The young associate did his best to help me find galvanize staples. When he realized he wasn't sure he asked another associate who helped me out greatly. Thank you for having awesome employees.

The store was neat and organized - especially the flooring and blind isles.
