There is always someone with an orange apron on around every aisle. I never have a problem finding someone to help me with my specific needs, and they will find someone with the expertise I need if they don't know it themselves. So many people have dropped what they're doing and made sure I got what I needed for my visit.

Better than most hardware stores

employees could not find items web-inventory said SIX (6) to be in this store.

This location, is okay, I believe it could be better. Move some of the items off the floor while customers are shopping, and more help in the garden would be great. But other than that this store is okay with me.

GREAT LOCATION. TOO MANY DAY LABORER'S IN THE LOT. YOU BETTER KNOW WHAT YOU NEED, CAUSE YOU WILL HAVE DIFFICULTIES FINDING HELP. THEIR STOCK IS LIMITED, SO STOCK UP OR SHOP AHEAD. PARKING SUCKS TOO. SOME OF THE ASSOCIATES COME ACROSS AS "GHETTO" (A LITTLE RUDE AND SHORT). THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM. ...

Good

This store is very convienant, having most things for any kind of work. The people are friendly and helpful. My favorite cashier is Malinda because she's always smiling. Parking is good, also.

Exceptional and caring staff.

I really like the cashiers. They are all friendly and helpful. I try to always use Melinda. She's really nice. All the cashiers are friendly as well as the support team on the floor. The products are easy to find, and in most cases fit the job.

cashiers are great no help when when you load heavy items

It makes shopping easy because merchandise is always stocked at the same identifiable bin and location, floors are continuously swept and clean , and staff and management are very friendly and assistive ,

The associates are very courteous and helpful. I would recommend Home Depot especially if you need assistance right away.

We shop at your store a lot. The last time we were there, we attempted to ask one of your employees a question and instead of stopping to answer our question, he kept walking answering as he passed us. Not very courteous. Been hearing some bad things about your stores and your employees, maybe they need training on how to be more sociable with patrons.

I am chemically sensitive and found this store less toxic than the Emeryville Home Depot, Orchard Supply, and even one of my local hardware stores that I go to. Though of course it is still Home Depot and filled with products that are hard for those who are sensitive to tolerate. The the person in Lumber who helped me out I believe is named Carlos. He suggested I speak with Luis in hardware for some of the help I needed, and Luis was great too. For customer service, Destiny helped me out the next day when I had some trouble with one of my purchases. She was excellent. Particularly if you need to ask disability accommodation, which I did, I recommend requesting her. She is the reason I am taking time to write a review.

This store had the worst customer service. Not only was i not assisted in the store. After several request, I wasn't assisted to my vehicle with my purchased merchandise.

Great store. Outstanding service from MEAGHAN and CRIS. EXCELLENT company representatives. Both professional, patient, knowledgeable, with a sense of humor. Made my purchase knowing I had everything I needed for the job and could return anything if necessary. Whatever MEAGHAN and CRIS are being paid, it's not enough. In the world of retail, people like MEAGHAN and CRIS are the pearls of great price. They should be treated with respect and acknowledged for their outstanding service on a regular basis. Also, ask MEAGHAN and CRIS if there are any more like them at home. If so, run [do not walk] to recruit anyone with the same outstanding qualities in their DNA.

Better this trip than most.

Isaa and Eric F. were awesome in assisting with lumber for my fence. Tamara is an awesome cashier and was very friendly and helpful as well. Great experience and team members. As a business owner I know the value great team members add to your company!

Always very friendly associates

I love the selection of products in this store. I have never come here and not found what I was looking for. It is sometimes hard to find an employee to answer a question, but when I do, they really know their stuff.

Employees are very nice. Store is pretty clean. I usually know where to find what I want so I don't need to ask. I order a lot of windows and Eden in the Window department is very very good. I order all my windows only through him. thanks

I was there today to buy some garden soil and not only was it on sale but the employees went out of their way to help me, especially the young man who helped me load the bags into my car trunk.

Always find what I am looking for and cashiers are helpful.

My Experience at what I consider to be My Home Depot has always been a pleasant experience

Ed in lumber was great. He asked in detail about my project; offered several product options and was extremely helpful. A great rep for your store.

What makes this store great are the brave souls who keep showing up to work there. Some of them have actually helped me with what I needed. Just yesterday, it was Ed, who quickly helped me at the panel saw, all the while very friendly. Other times, it has been old timer electricians and contractors who work at this purgatory and are capable of giving correct answers. In this case, five stars means less entirely bad than other Home Depots might be; that's the true meaning of five stars!

Found what I wanted. Very nice customer service, the sales person and the cashier as well.
