I really enjoy shopping at the your store. I find it very pleasant when I brows through the garden department. Everything is neatly displayed and I always find what I'm looking for. The waiting time to check-out is also fantastic. I'm in and out in no time. The cashiers are very engaging and quick to help. When I needed help loading a heavy soil bag, your staff was there to help.

Daniel the lot attendant helped me before I got out of my vehicle. Store manager Fernando was awesome. He helped with my purchase when i was short on cash. Even left me with change in my pocket. Wow! Maria the cashier answered all my questions about the product and extended warranties available. Best store in the entire San Gabriel Valley .

Great shopping experience! The store was very clean and had items well in stock. At every turn, employees were friendly and always offered assistance. Overall it was a great shopping experience at this particular Home Depot. I will return to shop here again!

This is the only store of this type I go to. It's convenient to my home, the employees are knowledgeable about where everything is and I rarely have to wait long for a cashier unlike some businesses who have cut back their employees and you have to wait forever in line. Also I like the express checkout when I'm in just for a couple of items. My sister in law lives in the Midwest and she was telling me one day that she hates to go to her Home Depot because nobody knows where anything is. She was surprised when I told her that the store I go to in El Monte is just the opposite. Employees seem to know exactly where everything is and are always very helpful.

Very rude employees to customers and disturbing ...

I came in the other day to return a few items and there was a line almost out the door luckily it moved fast. The cashiers names were Rosee and Melinda I believe they definitely made up for the long line they were so friendly and knowledgeable.

My family and I had an awesome experience shopping at this location, the customer service was awesome. Roy in appliances is such a helpful, friendly employee, very knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to shop here. And the cashier Lucy was also as friendly as they come (and that's a lot to say about a cashier because most cashiers look miserable), Lucy was friendly and polite. So if anyone is looking to shop here, ask for Roy in appliances and look for Lucy the cashier!

The associates are always very friendly and helpful. They do not seem to mind being interrupted from their duties to help you find a product. The aisles are always clean and uncluttered, even in the building materials area. I once saw the store manager sweeping the aisles in the building materials department. That's team work! The handicapped parking spaces are always clear and not blocked by shopping carts.

I find this store to be a haven of friendly and competent staff. Merchandising and floor displays were well organized.

This is my go to store any any kind of home repair products from light bulbs to lumber to plants to just about anything. Employees are knowledgeable about where everything is and check out is usually pretty quick. Can't think of any reason to go anywhere else.

It is a good location and has much better parking than the monrovia. A smaller venue there are fewer choices but faster when you know what you want

Sale associates are friendly and good response time. I find the product I want and I can manage to finish my purchase at a desirable time frame.

The associates are always very friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Yvette in Hardware, Twang in Customer Service, Bob C in electrical, Walt in Hardware, Christian and Pedro in Building Materials, and many others whose names I cannot recall. They always greet me when they see me and offer t help me with my shopping. I appreciate that.

This location is one of the best Home Depot stores I've frequented. The people are definitely customer service oriented and their management is also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable along with the staff, and they all work well together as partners in the store and for the benefit of the customers. Very good prices too, not only year round, but during the holidays. Check out the garden center!

Too much restocking going on during middle of the day. Management should do the restocking after store hours! What happen too super hours!

I looked for two pins light bulb but I did not get it. I asked a staff she said there is no two pins bulb. However, I bought other thing like binder clips. The store was clean. The associates were friendly and helpful but I did not see good smiles from them. Maybe they do not know how to smile or greeting to customers.

Want results with Electical go and just ask Bob, he'll get it done. Need a special order, go to Flavio he'll get it done. Need a door or window, go to Tom in Millworks he'll get it done. Have a concern or a special need, go to Bobby or Fernando they are both ASM they'll get it done.
